When I signed the contract, I learned that this kind of pledge one payment is the need to rely on the situation of the rental loan to pay the repayment, that is to say, the rental company takes your personal information, borrows money through the Internet finance model, and the interest + principal of each month is the rent fee that I need to pay every month, and also adds a service fee of 100-200 per month, from which it can be seen that in fact, the naked rent of this house is much lower than the money I pay every month. And if you don't repay the loan on time every month, your personal credit will be affected, and you will also be harassed by various collection calls.

Fourth rental

However, after the apartment company obtained this huge loan to cash out, it was basically fat, in which case they were likely to copy and paste the next house to contract the rental of the next house. It's hard to guarantee that you'll give the money obediently to the landlord... Therefore, after paying off the loan in the first year of rent, I immediately quit the lease, although the deposit was deducted by the apartment for various reasons when I withdrew, but I did not want to entangle with them anymore.

Since then, I have only recruited individual landlords to rent a house, except for the house rented directly by the landlord, all of which are not looking for, and renting is a loss!
