The road from Wangcang County to Ningqiang County in Shaanxi Province was interrupted, and the passage of more than 20,000 people in 2 townships along the route was blocked. At the same time, the collapsed rubble damaged the poles next to the road, causing a temporary interruption in the power supply of Yanhe Town, Wangcang County.
