On the wall of the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong, there is a photograph of workers, medical staff and firefighters looking at the Hong Kong Temporary Hospital (later named "North Lantau Hospital Hong Kong Infection Control Center"); up close, on this portrait, there are more than 5,000 small photographs of people who are the builders of the Hong Kong Temporary Hospital.
To commemorate the successful completion of the project, China State Construction International put together the photos of more than 5,000 participants and made a huge poster, from which the vast majority of people involved in the project can find themselves.

Hong Kong Temporary Hospital, also known as the "Hong Kong version of Vulcan Mountain Hospital", is a super project of the central government to support Hong Kong's fight against the new crown epidemic, which should have taken four years to complete, and it took only four months to complete, creating a miracle in architectural history.
And the construction of big countries is exactly what these ordinary ordinary people have built brick by brick.
"I would love to touch this picture closely, because every little photo is of every hard-working worker who endured the wind and rain to make this project for the benefit of the people born." Ho Wing Yin, Director general of the Architectural Services Department of the HONG KONG SAR Government, said.
One day, He Yongxian came to a meeting near the project site, and when she saw this huge portrait, she was very shocked, "The merits of each participant were recorded, and they felt that their efforts were valued." Their contributions are of great significance to Hong Kong, the country and the world. ”
Zhang Yi, general manager of China State Construction International Medical Industry Development Co., Ltd., saw that during the construction of the Hong Kong Temporary Hospital, many workers stopped in front of the poster after finishing their work, and they burst into tears.
A Hong Kong cleaning lady found herself on the poster. She also cried with excitement, and at that moment, she felt that she had made an effort for Hong Kong and society.
Behind the photos, there are stories about the supremacy of life.
Workers build ward units for the Hong Kong Temporary Hospital.
Hong Kong Temporary Hospital is the world's first hospital to use assembly synthetic construction (MiC) technology to build a negative pressure isolation ward hospital, all of which are produced by China State Construction International's Hailong factory in Zhuhai and then shipped to Hong Kong for on-site assembly.
An engineer sent in the project recalled, "This single project was a major project in the motherland to support Hong Kong's fight against the epidemic, and it was at the peak of MiC production, and a MiC was a negative pressure ward to protect life." ”
Unfortunately, at that time, his mother was accidentally injured and fractured, and his mother knew that he was busy with the production of the project and did not tell him at the first time. Later, when his uncle inadvertently slipped his lips, he learned about it.
At that time, he was very worried and anxious, but considered that if he took temporary leave to go home, some of the work he was responsible for might have schedule and quality problems due to the loss of effective management, which would affect the overall situation of the project.
After consulting with his family, his injured mother was cared for by his father, who decided to take responsibility and return home to visit him after completing the work he was responsible for perfectly.
Workers weld stents for Hong Kong Temporary Hospital
The Hong Kong Temporary Hospital and Community Healing Facility Project is known as the "Battle of Chek Lap Kok" by workers.
In the process of project construction, due to site restrictions, the Hong Kong AMER can not use large-scale mechanical operations, can only use forklifts to unload goods, the factory uses cardboard to independently package each unit, each unit weight does not exceed 90kg, by manual lifting and assembly.
At that time, the workers who had completed a day's work, when eating, the chopsticks in their hands were constantly shaking, and they struggled to send the dishes in front of them to their mouths little by little.
Zhang Yi still remembers that at that time, the ward units of the Hong Kong Temporary Hospital needed to be transported from the mainland and then manually transported to the construction site for assembly. Hong Kong truck drivers are very enthusiastic to help, every time after the handling, the hands are sour to lift up, at noon can only eat on their stomachs, he said, "Usually there is no opportunity to help the country to contribute, now the country has needs, duty."
It is such a group of people who "have difficulty eating" who have built a Great Wall of epidemic prevention in Hong Kong by hand, blocking the third and fourth waves of the epidemic in Hong Kong and protecting the life and health safety of Hong Kong citizens.
