Interview Jun: What is the biggest feeling of the little sister this time?
Yang Jia: The biggest gain is that it has been liked by students and trusted by parents.
Interviewer: What do you think is the most nostalgic thing and the most memorable thing in the process of volunteer teaching? Can you elaborate on that?
Yang Jia: Once we finished eating meat, but there was no one selling nearby. When we talked about this, the children heard it, and they said the teacher I took you to buy. Then a small child dragged me to a butcher's house to buy meat. At that time, the butcher was particularly shocked and said, "You are still quite powerful, you know where our family is." "When I went back to the dormitory, a group of children sent me back, and then one of the children asked me, "Teacher, do you think you are happy now?" What do I mean by "I say"? He said, "Don't you feel very happy when you see so many of us sending you back?" "I thought for a moment, well, it was indeed very happy.
Interviewer Jun: What scene touched you the most about this volunteer teaching?
Yang Jia: On the first night of arriving at Xinxing, the children invited us to play in the community. Because there were so many mosquitoes at night, and I was particularly vulnerable to bites, I was bitten by a dozen bags in less than a while. Then I casually muttered, there are so many mosquitoes. A little boy listened to his heart, and he went home and brought me flower dew. When he returned, he did not have flower dew on him. But there was a strong smell of flower dew on his body, and when I asked him what was wrong, he said that he had knocked the flower dew over. I said it's okay, you just have to be by my side so that mosquitoes won't bite me. But after a while, he was gone again. I asked the other kids where had he gone? The other children said: Teacher, he has come home again to get you flower dew. After a while, the little friend ran back with a small lid filled with flower dew. He said, "Teacher, teacher, you apply it quickly, and after you paint the mosquitoes, they will not bite you." "I was really touched at the time.
Interviewer Jun: I heard that you made a home visit to each student this time, are there any common problems during the home visit? How are the children behaving?
Yang Jia: Whether it is Wenjing's children or more naughty children, when they come to the home visit, they will behave particularly well-behaved, afraid that they will be criticized. It feels like the children are very funny, especially innocent.
Interviewer Jun: What work do you have to prepare in advance for teaching children?
Yang Jia: The job of preparing in advance is to prepare for lessons. We have a serious preparation before each lesson. And my team members are very serious and responsible. Every day is the belief that I will never sleep until I finish class.
Interviewer: Combined with you personally, what adjustments and arrangements will you make to your teaching?
Yang Jia: Well, if you adjust and arrange, you hope that your lectures will be more systematic and planned in the future, find out the difficulties of their exams, and carry out intensive review.
Interviewer Jun: Do you think there are any issues worth noting about this volunteer teaching, and do you have any good comments and suggestions?
Yang Jia: After being particularly familiar with children and being particularly kind, I don't know if it is a good thing. Because sometimes they are very casual in class. But children, in particular, will look at the eyes, such as they see you angry, immediately will ask other students not to talk and so on.
Interviewer Jun: I believe that after spending so long with the children, everyone is very reluctant when they leave, can you summarize this volunteer teaching?
Yang Jia: Unconsciously, 20 days have passed. Whenever I see the children's enthusiastic faces, whenever I see the innocent smiles of the children, I feel that all the efforts are worth it. "Teacher, are you afraid of mosquitoes?" I'll go get you flower lotion," "Teacher give you candy," "Teacher, are you sick too?" I'll go home and get you chrysanthemum tea. "Teacher, I like you so much!" , "Teacher I will miss you when you are gone", "Teacher, you must not forget me", "Teacher, when I grow up and earn money, I will definitely go to see you", "Teacher, have you arrived home?" "Teacher...", as I typed these words, a voice of the teacher echoed in my ear and I couldn't help but cry again. That feeling needs to be experienced in person and cannot be described in words. I will never forget this summer because I met a group of lovely people. Hope that the next time we meet, it will be better for us.
