CBA: What do you think is the difference between a professional player and a college player and a grassroots player?

Yang Zheng: In fact, I think there should be no difference between grassroots players and college players, and professional players are their job after all, basketball is their job, and they will spend a lot of time training every day, and we will not. Just to say myself, I actually play for a very simple purpose, is purely for fun, today I want to play I will play for three or four hours, if I am tired, I will rest, and even say that I don't want to play this week I may not touch basketball this week. I have many friends who also play professional leagues at home or abroad, and I know that my training intensity is much worse than theirs, so the most intuitive gap should be physical fitness.

CBA: If you successfully join the CBA league, what do you think you need to improve or improve.

Yang Zheng: I think we all need to improve, because my positioning and understanding of myself are very clear, and the gap between me and professional players in the CBA League is still very huge, whether it is physical fitness, physical fitness, shooting, dribbling, etc. need to be improved.

CBA: You're not in the CBA league yet, but you already have a lot of fans. These fans have met you in street ball arenas and variety shows, and they are looking forward to your performance in professional competitions. Do you feel this is pressure or motivation for you?

Yang Zheng: No, I never pay special attention to the outside world's opinion of me, including the criticism of the outside world. In fact, I want to say that this is my personality, I have been a kind of person with a more flamboyant personality since I was a child, not that because I won an award on the field, or participated in a variety show and had fans, I began to be self-righteous, and I would not be affected by these factors. Yang Zheng: Because I came out of the street ball platform, I remember that in 2015 I took the MOP in a game in Sunset Dongdan, before that my Weibo fans were more than 200 people, and after that game, my fans suddenly rose to more than 2400 people, and suddenly there was a feeling of being on fire. Although it seems that more than two thousand fans are nothing at all, it is really exciting for me at that age. Later, I participated in more basketball games and found that basketball brought a lot of positive things to everyone. For example, basketball makes a lot of people who don't learn and have no skills and idle people become positive, they go to the court and fight side by side with their brothers, improve, and make a lot of friends, and they can also play a little famous in the street ball circle.

I have never been to any professional team myself, and I grew up with a love of basketball and my day and night exercise. The advice you want me to give to today's young people is to play less mobile phones, less gossip, go to the court to practice shooting, and practice dribbling better than anything.
