Tokyo Olympic Women's Golf: Feng Shanshan 8th, Lin Xiyu 9th

author:Red Star News

On August 7, the women's golf at the Tokyo Olympics was played on its final day, with China's Feng Shanshan finishing 8th with a score of 273, 11 under par, and another Chinese player, Lin Xiyu, tied for 9th with a score of 274, 10 under par. American Kodak won the gold medal with a 267 stroke.

Rio Olympics bronze medalist Feng Shanshan missed the medal this time, mainly because of a poor start, only 74 shots in the first round, but fortunately she shot a good score of 64 in the second round and won the opportunity to participate in the next two rounds. In the last two rounds, Feng Shanshan performed steadily, shooting 68 and 67 respectively, but the "pit" dug in the first round was too big, and in the end, she could not catch up with the top three players.
