Asin Thottumkal (born 26 October 1985) is a film and television actor in the Indian state of Kerala (southwestErn India) whose works include Ghajini and Kaavalan.
In 2003, she achieved her first acting career success with a film, Amma NannaO Tamila Ammayi, and won the Filmfare Award for the Best Telugu Actress that year.
She won the South Filmfare Award for Best Actress for her extraordinary performance in her second Tamil film, Ghajini (2005). She won the Filmfare Best Female Debut Award for her Bollywood debut film of the same name, Ghajini.
