On November 24th, the launching ceremony of Zibo Enterprise Youth Innovation and Effectiveness Training Camp was held in Zibo Mining University. Yin Qidi, deputy secretary of the Zibo Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Youth League, and Bai Guowei, deputy general manager of Zibo Mining Group, attended the launching ceremony and delivered speeches respectively.

In his speech, Bai Guowei introduced the reform and development process of Zi Mining Group and a series of reform and innovation measures of the enterprise. It is pointed out that the launch of the training camp and the first training in Zikuang is an affirmation of the Youth League Municipal Committee's innovation and effectiveness work of Zikuang youth, and it is also an encouragement for Zikuang to further stimulate the enthusiasm of young people for innovation and efficiency in the future and promote the innovation-driven development of enterprises. It is hoped that the trainees will further emancipate their minds, innovate the old, actively participate in various fields of enterprise transformation and upgrading, reform and development, and become the leader of enterprise innovation vitality.

The first phase of the training camp is a closed training for off-the-job, the first phase lasts for 3 days, inviting experts and scholars such as Shandong University and Alibaba Cloud to teach around the theme of digital transformation of enterprises, and a total of 40 young innovation and effectiveness backbones of 23 large enterprises in the city participated in the training.
During the period, the participants also went to the School of Safety Culture of Zibo Mining University to investigate, visited the Zibo Coal Mine Museum, and listened to the work report of the Communist Youth League of Zibo Mining Group.
