Wang Hao, a cadre of the Sixth Procuratorial Department of the Procuratorate of Puchun County, Hubei Province, is a young cadre and policeman who has been in the procuratorate for 6 years, but because he loves learning and is diligent in research, he has quickly grown into a technical expert in case management, and has been seconded by the superior court many times to help solve the problems encountered in the unified business application system. He participated in the development of the country's first case information wisdom disclosure software, which shortens the length of the public version of the legal documents prepared by the case handlers from five minutes to one minute, so that the case information disclosure runs out of "acceleration" and greatly liberates the hands of the case-handling procurators. This work won the 2019 Top Ten Light Application Works of Wisdom Procuratorial Affairs by Hubei Provincial Procuratorial Organs, and was promoted and used in the Huanggang procuratorial system.
With the in-depth advancement of procuratorial disclosure, case information disclosure has become an indispensable part of procurators' handling of cases. Although the work is modeled, for procurators with a huge amount of cases, the disclosure of information in each case is not only heavy, time-consuming and labor-intensive, but also prone to errors. The Huanggang Municipal Procuratorate discovered this problem after in-depth grass-roots investigation, and planned to develop a smart software to "replace the human brain with a computer", break down departmental barriers, break down information islands, realize automatic shielding and intelligent management, improve the quality and efficiency of case disclosure, and reduce the burden on cadres and police.
The case management department of the Puchun County Procuratorate has been at the forefront of the procuratorial organs of Huanggang City and even Hubei Province with years of exploration and practice, and has been selected to undertake this research and development responsibility. Wang Hao is the backbone of the case management department of the hospital, has rich experience in case management, is practical and capable of hard work, and is familiar with the difficulties and blockages in the case information disclosure work of various departments. As a typical "engineering man", he usually likes to delve into technology and wisdom software, and has been thinking about developing a hands-free case information disclosure software in his work to reduce the burden and increase efficiency for grass-roots cadres and police.
Light application is oriented to the business needs of procuratorial organs, so research and development must involve people who understand procuratorial business. The leaders of the two levels of the academy believed that Wang Hao was the best candidate to participate in the development of this software, and assigned him to be responsible for the functional design and testing of the software.

In the process of software development, how to determine the underlying functional design and implement the accurate masking of the document has become a key issue in the development of the application. "The scope of case information disclosure includes 13 major types of cases and 4 major types of documents. Different types of cases and documents are not the same stage of disclosure, and the time of document disclosure is different, and only by determining the statistical rules one by one and finding the key case cards can the data be accurate. Wang Hao introduced that technical personnel understand programming but do not understand procuratorial business, so all functions need to be designed by himself, and find the key case cards in the unified business application system. In order to achieve this requirement, Wang Hao first determined the rules for shielding documents, selected more than 30 complex documents in the hospital to test the shielding function, find out the unblocked or non-standardized places one by one, and then analyze the reasons for the lack of shielding with technical personnel, so as to further improve the shielding module code. Through continuous testing, modification and improvement, the application was "born" at the end of 2018 and promoted in the city in June 2020.
With the upcoming upgrade of the unified business application system of the procuratorate to version 2.0, this light application is also facing iterative upgrade. Despite the heavy task of upgrading, Wang Hao said that he will go all out to take charge of the research and development of this application, so that it will be closer to the needs of procurators, commonly used and often new, and full of strong vitality and vitality.
