At 17:35 on October 25, 2021, we received a letter from the Baotou Cd-making Center for Disease Control and Prevention to the Shaanxi Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and Jin xxx and Wu xxx (mother-daughter relationship) in Donghe District, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were close contacts of 4 people, including Zhang XX and Wang XX, who were confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia in Xi'an. In accordance with the management requirements of close contacts exposed to the environment by persons with positive nucleic acid tests for the new coronavirus, Donghe District has carried out centralized isolation of Jin X and Wu X, and the first nucleic acid test was negative. The specific itinerary of Jin xxx and Wu xxx is announced as follows, and there is a potential risk of infection for those who have repeated activity trajectories with them.

October 17
12:00 Jin X and Wu X went to Xi'an Laosun Family Restaurant (there is a space overlap with the confirmed case) to eat;
Leave at 13:50, driven by the driver Liu Moumou (who has been controlled by Xi'an City) to room 2910 of Jinyu Genting Community in Yanta District to rest;
Leave the room at 18:50 and take Metro Line 3 to Line 2 at 19:30 to Xi'an Muslim Snack Street;
Leave the Muslim Snack Street around 22:00;
At 22:40, take Metro Line 2 to Line 3 to Big Wild Goose Pagoda Station, and then walk back to Room 2910 of Jinyu Genting Community to rest, never leave, and wear a mask during the whole outing.
October 18
11:30 Jin xxx, Wu xxx, two people out together;
13:30 Take bus No. 307 to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Attraction of Qin Shi Huang;
16:00 Eat meat sandwich steamed bun at a small street stall in front of the scenic spot (the specific name and location are unknown);
16:30 Take bus No. 307 to leave the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Attraction of Qin Shi Huang;
At 19:00, I went to room 2910 of Jinyu Genting Community to rest, and did not leave, and wore a mask during the whole outing.
October 19
In the morning, Jin xxx and Wu xxx did not go out;
17:40 The two people arrived at Xi'an Railway Station by taxi (taxi information unknown);
At 18:06, take the K1674 train (8 cars No. 21 lower bunk, 8 cars No. 21 middle bunk) back to Baotou, wearing a mask throughout the whole process.
October 20
5:40 Arrive at Baotou East Railway Station, take a private car (driven by father Wu Moumou) home after leaving the station;
11:40 Jin X and Wu X drove to Donghe District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for nucleic acid testing;
Around 11:50, the two left the hospital, then drove home, never went out again, the nucleic acid result was negative that day, and wore a mask during the whole period.
October 21-24
The two were isolated at home and did not go out.
October 25
9:10 Wu X and Jin X drove to Donghe District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for nucleic acid testing;
Left the hospital around 9:30, then drove home, never went out again, the nucleic acid result was negative that day, and wore a mask during the whole outing.
