The Manchu and Han full seats were originally a kind of full table where Manchus and Han people cooperated when banquets were held in the official arena. When the manchu banquet is held in the official palace, the first thing to do is to play music, fire cannons, and welcome guests to their seats. After the guests are seated, they will be refreshed by the guests. There are two kinds of sweet and salty snacks in the entrance, and there is a difference between dry and thin. After entering the snack, there are three teas, such as clear tea, fragrant tea, and fried rice tea, before officially entering the table. The Manchu Han whole table serves public cold dishes, head dishes, stir-fries, meals, beets, snacks and fruits, generally at least 108 kinds, which are eaten in three days.
