When I was a child, I ate it! In my childhood memories, there is a bowl of bean stewed rice, every time I think about it, I feel the fragrance lingering in my ears, below, I will introduce it to you:
Ingredients: Lard, salt, lettuce, potatoes, broad beans, ham (bacon is also available), a casserole.
Dice all the ingredients you need and set aside

Heat the oil to 80% heat and stir-fry until cooked thoroughly
Add water to a casserole dish, add the soaked rice, add a little salt, a little lard, cover and cook for 7 to maturity, add the sautéed ingredients, cover and reduce the heat until the rice is completely cooked. Continue simmering for 10 minutes after turning off the heat, allowing the aroma of the stir-fried ingredients to fully integrate into the rice.
The beautiful bean stew is out!
