The skill of making Yang's shaker roasted tea has been passed down from generation to generation by the Yang family. The earliest record of roasted tea is found in the book of the Tea Classics written by Lu Yu (733-804) of the Tang Dynasty. Among them, there are records of the method of roasting tea and the tea clamp of the roasting tea utensils, and the paper sacs of the tea storage utensils. And in the book of Tea Records written by the Song Dynasty man Cai Xiang (1021-1067), there are records of the method of roasting tea and the tea utensils for roasting tea. The art of roasting tea dates back to the Tang Dynasty and before. It has been at least 1,200 years since then. According to the Yang family tree, his distant ancestors came to Yunnan during the historical migration of the population from the Central Plains to the southwest, and it has been more than 600 years. It is understood that Yang Chuangxin, born in December 1970, was first Chinese, a native of Sanchuan Town, Yongsheng County, Lijiang City, Yunnan Province, and the inheritor of Yang's shaking pot roasting tea making skills. Yang Chuangxin was born in a tea-making family, since Governor Yang Chuangxin, his grandmother Dai Guizhen will also let his mother Yang Shuidi shake the can to roast tea, and tell them about the family lineage, so that they can understand the history and legend of the distant ancestors' business of tea and roasted tea. Since childhood, Yang Chuangxin has a certain foundation for Yang's shaking pot roasting tea making technology, in 1993, his mother Yang Shuidi officially passed on the Yang's shaking pot roasting tea making skills to him, from his great-grandfather, Yang Chuangxin became the fourth generation. In order to make a living, Yang Chuangxin went out to work in 1998, starting from the grassroots level, all the way to enterprise management, with the improvement of knowledge and ability, he improved and optimized the family heirloom roasting tea technology, so that the roasted tea products are more in line with the market and consumer demand. In the past eight or nine years, he has sold roasted tea on Taobao, and has also participated in the Spring Sugar Festival in Chengdu, and negotiated cooperation with dozens of enterprises, and now more people know about Yang's shaker roasted tea.
