It is reported that the shantytown transformation project of Chuanbu Street Area is located in the Luohu Port Area, the northwest side of the intersection of Heping Road and Binhe Avenue, with a planned total construction area of 419,950 square meters, of which 337,350 square meters are residential (in principle, the rest are talent housing except for relocated residences), and the total investment is expected to be about 7 billion yuan. The project is currently in the phase of house demolition, and is expected to start construction in the fourth quarter and be completed in December 2027.
