The specific relevant regulations are notified as follows↓
1. Foreign-national trucks are prohibited from 6:00 to 22:00 daily within the Chengdu Ring Expressway (G4202, not included) and in the area outside the High-tech South Ring Road [south of Chengdu Ring Expressway (G4202, not included), east of Jiannan Avenue (inclusive), tianfu 4th Street (inclusive), north of Tianhua 2nd Road (inclusive), south century city road (inclusive), Century City Road (inclusive), Century City East Road (inclusive), and south cohesive area west of the first line of Kehua South Road.
Second, Sichuan A nationality large-scale automobile number plate truck restriction measures
(1) During weekday morning and evening rush hours (7:00 to 9:00, 17:00 to 20:00) and holiday evening rush hour (17:00 to 20:00), it is forbidden to drive on the area roads between the Third Ring Road (inclusive) and The Chengdu Ring Expressway (G4202, not included).
(2) From 7:00 to 22:00 daily, it is forbidden to drive within the third ring road (not included) and the roads in the south area of Gaoxin [south of the third ring road (not included), east of Jiannan Avenue (inclusive), north of Tianfu 4th Street (inclusive), north of the first line of Tianhua 2nd Road (inclusive), south of Century City Road (inclusive), century city road (inclusive), century city east road (inclusive), and west of the first line of Kehua South Road (inclusive) (hereinafter referred to as Gaoxin South District)].
3. Sichuan A-national small car number plate trucks are prohibited from driving on the Third Ring Road (inclusive) and the high-tech South District road during the morning and evening rush hours (7:00 to 9:00, 17:00 to 20:00) and the evening rush hour of holidays (17:00 to 20:00).
4. Construction waste transport vehicles are prohibited from driving in the area within the Third Ring Road (inclusive) and the high-tech south area every day from 7:00 to 9:00, 17:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and from 17:00 to 21:00 on holidays, and between the Third Ring Road (inclusive) and the Chengdu Ring Expressway (G4202, not included).
5. New energy trucks, cold chain transport vehicles, concrete tank trucks, domestic garbage transport vehicles, landscaping vehicles, municipal law enforcement, operation vehicles, and motor vehicles holding the "Three Green Project Certificate" and "Breakfast Delivery Pass" are allowed to drive in the above areas 24 hours a day.
Military vehicles, police cars, fire trucks, ambulances, engineering ambulances and China Post special vehicles are allowed to drive in the above areas 24 hours a day.
7. When the cement concrete tank truck drives in the above area, it must go to the traffic police sub-bureau to which the construction site belongs with the relevant procedures signed with the construction unit (construction site) to apply for the concrete mixing truck line card and drive according to the prescribed route.
8. When trucks are driving on the road, they must follow the specific instructions of traffic signs and markings.
9. Other regulations
(1) The policy for the passage of dangerous chemical transport vehicles shall be implemented in accordance with relevant provisions.
(2) In the event of large-scale activities, urban road construction, heavy pollution weather emergency plan at the corresponding level of activation and other circumstances need to adjust traffic organization measures, the relevant notices issued by the public security organs and the command of the police on duty shall prevail.
(3) If the original notice is inconsistent with this notice, this notice shall prevail.
X. The ecological and environmental protection department and the public security traffic management department will adjust the area and time period of truck traffic in a timely manner according to the needs of air pollution prevention and control and the specific conditions of road traffic flow, and announce it to the public in advance.
11. Where this Circular is violated, the relevant departments shall punish them in accordance with law.
