Ye Xingcheng pointed out at the meeting that the study of the Huaixi Depression is of great significance to the flood prevention and drainage of Suqian City. The Huaixi Depression Research Group should continue to increase the intensity and depth of research, sort out the needs and contents of the work, and gradually form sub-topics for missing items to ensure that there are actions and plans for the discovery of problems. At the same time, the research group should work with the Suyu District Water Conservancy Bureau to sort out the clues, refine the content of the plan, arrange the governance project, and actively strive for the project to be included in the provincial governance plan and implement it as soon as possible.
