On October 11, the opening ceremony of the 2021 Guifei Staff Ability Improvement Training was held in the International Lecture Hall on the third floor of the library of our school. Zhou Dayao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of AVIC Guizhou Aircraft Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guifei Company), and Xiong Xi, Vice President of Chengdu Aviation Academy, attended the opening ceremony, which was presided over by Yuan Zhong, Director of the Academic Affairs Office.

On behalf of the school, Xiong Xi expressed his heartfelt welcome to the trainees who came to participate in the training, hoping that the trainees would be able to learn something and gain something in this month's study.
Zhou Dayao emphasized the discipline of the trainees during the training, and said that this training opportunity is rare, and hopes that the trainees will make full use of the training opportunities to firmly consolidate the basic technology. He wished the training a complete success and a fruitful harvest for the trainees.
In the warm applause, the 2021 Guifei employee ability improvement training was officially launched. A total of 111 trainees participated in the training, from 15 departments such as Guifei's technical packaging company, inspection and testing department, and UAV test and flight department. Through this opening ceremony, the students have become more aware of their mission and will devote themselves to nearly a month of study with a positive attitude and full of enthusiasm.
Also present at the opening ceremony were: Hu Congbo, Director of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of Guifei Company/Director of the Human Resources Department, Ren Runqin, Director of the Training Office of the Organization Department of the Party Committee/Human Resources Department, Liu Xiaohui, Director of the Enrollment and Employment Office of Chengdu Aviation Academy, Zheng Jinhui, Executive Dean of the Aviation Equipment Manufacturing Industry College, He Long, Dean of the School of Aviation Maintenance Engineering, and He Xianding, Executive Dean of the UAV Industry College.
