Recently, the winners of the Fifth Gansu Provincial Youth Volunteer Outstanding Individual Award and Organization Award, sponsored by the Provincial Youth League Committee and the Provincial Youth Association, were announced, 100 volunteers such as Zhu Jiahui were awarded the Fifth "Gansu Provincial Young Volunteer Outstanding Individual Award", and 50 organizations, including the Lanzhou Chengguan District Public Welfare Social Work Service Center, were awarded the fifth "Gansu Provincial Youth Volunteer Excellent Organization Award".
