In order to effectively promote the protection of historical buildings in our city and implement the target tasks of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Provincial Construction Department of Historical Building Archiving, Surveying and Mapping, the Hangzhou Municipal Cultural Relics heritage and Historical Buildings Protection Center recently held a promotion and training meeting on the city's historical building archiving surveying and mapping work.
At the meeting, Zhu Zhentong, deputy director of the Institute of Heritage Protection and Land Greening of the Provincial Planning Institute, first trained on the standards and requirements for the surveying and mapping of historical building archives, and selected the Hangzhou case to analyze the quality inspection problem. Subsequently, Wang Hongwei, deputy director of the Municipal Cultural Protection Center, reported on the progress of the listing, archiving and mapping of historical buildings in the city. Up to now, the city has completed the listing of 1249 historical buildings, with a completion rate of 78%; completed 969 surveying and mapping sites, with a completion rate of 60%; and completed 826 archives, with a completion rate of 51%.
Zheng He, deputy director of the Science and Technology Department of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, pointed out after listening to the work reports of thirteen districts and counties (cities):
First, it is necessary to enhance the understanding of protection, thoroughly implement and study the "Opinions on Strengthening the Protection and Inheritance of History and Culture in Urban and Rural Construction", and earnestly unify thinking and action with the major decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee, the State Council, the provincial party committee, and the provincial government;
Second, it is necessary to coordinate relevant work, revitalize and make good use of construction port funds, synchronously promote the work in the field of construction and protection, and fight against the table and wall chart to ensure that the listing, mapping and archiving of historical buildings is completed on time and in quantity;
Third, it is necessary to plan work arrangements, combine the actual problems of historical building protection work, sort out the key points and difficulties, summarize the work results, and formulate next year's work plan and budget indicators as soon as possible;
The fourth is to pay attention to the output of results, strengthen publicity and promotion work, enhance the public's sense of identity and participation, effectively improve the profound understanding of cultural forces, and strengthen the protection and inheritance of history and culture.
More than 60 people attended the meeting, including the Science and Technology Department of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Zhejiang Province, the Cultural Relics Protection and Archaeology Department of the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Landscape architecture and cultural relics, the responsible persons of the historical protection agencies of the Districts, counties (cities) Housing and Construction Bureaus, and representatives of the entrusted units of archival surveying and mapping in various places. The meeting was presided over by Wang Hongwei, deputy director of the Municipal Cultural Protection Center.
