Pinggui District provides "nanny-style" services for the Gold and Jewelry Industrial Park

Since the beginning of this year, Pinggui District has set up a special class for the gold jewelry industry service of the department-level leadership contact system and the precise dispatch of the human resources and social security departments, integrated resources and concentrated forces to provide enterprises in the Guangxi Gold and Jewelry Industrial Park with "nanny-style" precision recruitment, employment, training, social security, subsidy application and other services, and tried every means to solve problems for enterprises, help enterprises develop and grow, and drive the masses to find employment nearby with industrial development. At present, Guangxi Gold and Jewelry Industrial Park has been stationed in more than 40 enterprises, and now 20 are officially put into operation, and 795 urban and rural laborers have been employed. After the completion of the entire park by 2025, the total output value is expected to reach 120 billion yuan, which can drive more than 10,000 people to work.

In order to do a good job in the employment service work of enterprises in the park, Pinggui District has set up an employment service office in the park and arranged special personnel to track service enterprises "one-to-one". At the same time, Pinggui District will accurately connect the employment needs of enterprises with the employment intentions of the masses, encourage enterprises to develop more jobs to absorb employment, and implement vocational skills improvement actions. At present, Pinggui District has held 7 sessions of gold jewelry processing skills training courses, training 218 people; enterprises in the park have developed more than 1,000 positions such as jewelry processing, process design, sales, and property management.
