Chen Ruijie, a 2019 master's student in finance at Wudaokou School of Finance, Tsinghua University, was awarded the Tsinghua University Comprehensive Excellence Second Class Scholarship, and her employment direction after graduation is secondary market investment research. He is currently the director of the office of the Graduate Student Association of the College, the sports committee member of the 191 class of Jin Shuo, and a former member of the sports department of the graduate student association of the college.
Take love as the guide and limit the collection
I often have students and sisters consulting how I have guaranteed research to such an excellent college in Tsinghua Wudaokou, and I want to give three types of answers:
Rustic version: "Live in the moment, do everything carefully";
Wenya version: "Whatever you do, give value, and come to fruition";
Obscure version: "Existence precedes essence".

After meeting Xiaoyuan, I still maintained my Sisyphus love of "process is happiness". From the busy new student training, the research and games, a variety of wonderful courses, lectures, academic salons, to women's basketball games, one or two. Nine choral competitions, volunteer activities, I am guided by love, actively participate. I cherish every day of life in the small courtyard, but also fortunate to meet classmates with the same concept, close friends, harvest new knowledge, new growth, new touch, I am so grateful to the mouth, like the small courtyard!
Share the ideals and move forward together
I met two very good and cute and beautiful housemates, Yang Yujia and Zhang Jialin, in the small courtyard, and insisted on the "Daokou characteristics" of one semester in the busy and fulfilling life of kenichi - the night talk in the dormitory. In the night talks, we shared our thoughts on professional problems and social phenomena, explored together, complained together, laughed together, and looked for answers together.
I remember that in a practical course on mergers and acquisitions and another practical course on financial fraud, due to the accumulation of night talks in the dormitory, I was able to have the opportunity to further communicate and learn with the guests; Yu Jia confidently talked about the series of digital currency topics she shared in the night talks of a regulatory agency in the internship interview of a regulatory agency; Jia Lin also framed and absorbed the bond market research she shared in the night talks in the dormitory, forming a knowledge system in the internship in the direction of fixed income and the fixed income practice course of the college.
I still remember that before the SAS exam, which was extremely hardcore and challenging, we expanded the small group of night talks in the dormitory, plus several good sisters in other dormitories, who were responsible for further eating, deepening, sublimating, and learning from each other in different chapters, greatly improving the efficiency and quality of learning, which was a happy, valuable and rare experience in retrospect.
Not only that, I was also fortunate to meet several friends who were also interested in secondary market investment research, participated in written tests, interviews, and publicity meetings together, cheered each other up, and actively joined the group to listen, exchange learning, share notes, and make common progress in the discussion and exchange of each day after hearing about a high-quality course opened by the college.

Grow up happily and experience colorful campus activities
The after-school activities in the small courtyards and schools are very colorful. I remember that as soon as I entered the institute, I ushered in intensive lectures and training, freshman evenings, multi-faculty joint dances, and graduate student sports meetings.
I was most impressed by participating in the "Star Rain" volunteer activity, and I was exposed to the autistic community for the first time. I love the name "Children of the Stars", they are as bright as the stars and as lonely and quiet as the stars. Among them are small experts with their own language, small naughty people who love to laugh and love to expose their emotions, calm schools that focus on painting and painting without making a sound, and sweethearts who are clingy and love to be spoiled. Without exception, they all watered their roses on their "planet B612". Through volunteer companionship, I deeply felt that we simply cannot pity or understand them with the rules of other "planets", but should remain patient and understanding, and use warmth to dissolve the loneliness in their small world.

Study diligently and gain a multi-dimensional perspective
The curricula, lectures and salons of small institutes and schools are diverse and rich in content. There are different investment research priorities in primary and secondary markets, there are top-down macro research fixed income research perspectives, bottom-up industrial companies development and business operation perspectives, there are financial intermediaries to understand the market perspective, regulators from the perspective of regulators to understand the operation of the capital market, as well as international organizations, foreign exchange investment and other larger perspectives. Through systematic and comprehensive learning, my understanding of the capital market has become more three-dimensional and multi-dimensional, and the vision pattern has been greatly improved.

When I was a member of the sports department in kenichi, I participated in the fun rainbow run of the graduate sports meeting, served as a volunteer referee of the "Horse Cup", organized the registration of various sports competitions, and became a member of the college women's basketball team to play. In addition to the daily collaborative management work, I also planned and organized the special activities of "Daokou Cultural Shirt", experienced the fun of being a fashion designer, and understood the hardships and challenges of coordinating the work of students when counting the needs of collation and distributing cultural shirts.

The sudden outbreak of the epidemic this year "stole" half a year of being able to get along with my classmates, and the "balance" of my life in the small courtyard was only less than half a year. I always think back to the days when everyone joked about various "financial terriers" in the group, when everyone seriously discussed new policies or the investment value of a stock, and when everyone cheered each other up and encouraged their peers. Dear students, may we cherish every day in the courtyard together, the mountains are high and the road is far away, and the coming to Japan is long!
