FCL palletizing + intelligent inspection

At the exhibition site, the robotic arm is equipped with a stereoscopic camera hand-eye linkage to achieve automatic "depalletizing", the forking robot transports the whole load of goods through the code reading door, and the intelligent code reader automatically reads the material information on the pallet, and completes the business posting with the upper layer system to realize the inspection into the library. Under the mixed scheduling of RCS (Robot Control System), the latent robot takes over the goods transferred by the fork and the robot and realizes the transshipment to the production line.

The depalletizing system adopts a large field of view binocular structured light stereo camera, which has the characteristics of high precision, large depth of field and large field of view, and with the robot motion platform software, it can realize the drag-and-drop type of each module and the quick scheme construction without code. Combined with intelligent trajectory planning algorithms, it can operate efficiently to avoid collisions, and the working beat can reach up to 850 pieces per hour. This solution is suitable for various stacking combinations of various items in warehousing and logistics scenarios, including cartons, sacks and other items.

Pick and sort + automatic transfer

The new CTU (Cargo Box to Man Robot) further enhances the "ceiling" of storage capacity, and joins hands with a new warehousing partner , comb type workstation ST6, to interpret the innovative application scenario of order disassembly and picking. Together with the robotic arm and the new 360° safety protection of the load-shifting robot, it shows a one-stop unmanned order picking and automatic transfer. It is reported that this new program can improve the efficiency of the library by 30%, increase the storage density by 30-80%, and make the efficiency and storage capacity leap again!

Logistics application systems such as robot contracting

The robot bag supply scheme can be used in circular cross-belt sorting, which is the mainstream sorting method for small parcels in China. With the robot arm equipped with the stereo camera, it is possible to maintain a 12-hour efficient supply rhythm, avoiding the problem of unstable and error-prone manual sorting efficiency. The core of the scheme lies in the RGB-D intelligent stereoscopic camera with built-in AI deep learning, which guides the robot arm to "look at" the package through the organic combination of deep learning and 3D image processing algorithms, so as to efficiently and stably grasp the package.
