HBO Max is working on a live-action series featuring "Black Superman" Val-Zod, starring Michael C. Lee. B. Jordan's production company, Outward Society, was created for DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Television. The project's latest announcement is that the writers are: Darnell Metayer & Josh Peters, who has just written the script for the new Transformers live-action film Transformers 7: Rise of the Mighty Warriors.
Jordan may also star in the show, but there is no definitive casting information at this time. Previously, it was reported that Warner and J. J. Abrams' Bad Robot Company is working on a new Superman movie and wants Jordan to star in the popular perception of Kal-El/Clark Kent as a white man, but Jordan is reluctant to participate in the discussion of "converting superhuman races" and is willing to do the project of Earth 2 Superman Val-Zod in the comics, which is a black human form.
Val-Zod is an American dc comics superhero who is superman of Earth 2. Thomas Wayne unites the people to liberate Farr Zod, the son of The Kryptonian orphan General Zod, who has been secretly imprisoned by the government, and begins to fight against another invasion by Darkseid.
