Previously, it was reported that Aardman Animation was already developing the film, but now Netflix has taken over the project. This story will tell the story of chicken Rocky and Ginger, who have become chicken parents and live on a peaceful island with the escaped chickens, but the arrival of new threats will affect the survival of the chickens on land.

The first clay animation, Chicken Run, was released in 2000 to tell the story of hens who live in harsh management and are exploited for their eggs and meat, and flee from chicken farms.
