The police reported that at about 16:00 on August 28, 2021, at the entrance of the marketing center of future city in Baixi Street, Xuzhou District, Wu and Zhou Moulian had a verbal altercation and beat each other over a dispute. Subsequently, Zhou Moulian's son Hu Mouwen and four other people rushed to the scene to beat and insult Wu.
