First, the scope and quantity of introduction

Scope of introduction:

Have a full-time undergraduate degree or above (refers to a bachelor's degree obtained through the unified admissions examination of ordinary colleges and universities nationwide, with a study system of four years or more). Second, the principle of introduction

In accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition and selection of the best, the introduction of talents this time adheres to the employment standards of both ability and political integrity.

3. The qualifications and conditions that the introduced personnel should have

1. Applicants are required to correspond to each other's academic qualifications and degrees. The second degree of the candidate's minor has only a degree certificate, and if there is no graduation certificate, it is not possible to apply for the examination with the major studied in the second degree of the minor. Those who have a double professional graduation certificate or double degree certificate recognized by colleges and universities, and one of the majors meets the requirements of the introduced position, may apply for the examination.

2. In addition to the materials specified in this announcement, those who have returned from studying abroad are required to provide the ministry of education's academic qualifications, degree certification certificates and necessary professional certification materials. 4. Introduction procedures

The basic procedures for this introduction include: registration, qualification review, interview assessment, physical examination, inspection, publicity, and introduction.

1. Registration

2. Qualification review. The qualification review work shall be the responsibility of the employer and its competent department, and the Talent Development Section of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau shall review it. Qualification review runs through the introduction of talents. (2) Interview requirements

5. Other matters

2. The introduction of talents does not charge any fee, does not specify the interview counseling book, and does not hold or entrust any institution to hold interview counseling training courses. At present, any tutoring classes, tutoring websites or publications issued in the society, Internet cards, etc., have nothing to do with this introduction, please be vigilant and do not be deceived.

3. During the period from registration to the announcement of the personnel to be introduced (qualification review, interview, physical examination, inspection), the applicant should ensure that the communication tools filled in at the time of registration are unobstructed, and if the candidate fails to sign the contract on time due to personal reasons, it is deemed to have abandoned the introduction qualification.

4. The agreement between the two parties shall take effect immediately after signing the agreement, and either party shall bear the liability for breach of contract. The documents provided by the graduates must be true and valid, otherwise the signed introduction agreement will be invalid and the introduction qualification will be cancelled.

5. Candidates who have participated in the work outside the Liaoyang area need to resolve the personnel and labor relationship with the original work unit by themselves after being introduced, and the candidates shall bear the disputes.

6. Agreed service period: 3 years for master's degree (including one year probationary period), 5 years for undergraduate degree (including one year probationary period), and 10 years for teacher positions in Dengta No. 1 Senior High School (including one year probationary period). It can be flown after the expiration of the agreed service period. The probationary period of the introduced personnel is one year, and if the probationary period expires and the assessment is unqualified, the introduction qualification shall be cancelled.
