Insect Story
Insect Story, also known as Micro worlds – Lost Ant Valley, is an animated adventure film co-produced by France and Belgium, written and directed by Elaine Giraud and Thomas Szabo, and over a period of five years, making it the most expensive animated blockbuster in European history since 2014. Using the production mode of 3D camera real-time shooting + CG animation, the adventure of a small ladybug is vividly expressed. The film is imagined like a fantasy, is a Different Hollywood animation fun of the French animation blockbuster, worth all children and big friends with childlike hearts to see and watch.
Let's talk about the plot of the movie first. The film revolves around a small ladybug that has fallen alone. A black ant foraging squad, led by the captain, discovers sugar boxes and transports them to ant fortresses. On the way, the little ladybugs help them avoid the gecko attack, and the black ant squad rescues the little ladybugs from the water in the pursuit of the red ants, so they become partners. This process is like two strangers getting to know each other, at first suspicious and uneasy, guarding their own safe range, and then through slow contact with familiarity, simply called "acquaintance - acquaintance - mutual protection" process. In a small world, little ladybugs and ants live more purely, even if the species are different, because they save each other's lives, they can cut thorns and thorns just to protect each other.
The little ladybug followed the black ant squad back to the ant fortress, and the red ant swarm coveted the box of sugar obtained by the black ant swarm and besieged the fortress. At the critical moment, the little ladybug flew out to obtain matches, thus igniting the winning weapon- firecrackers, helping the black ants successfully repel the siege of the red ants. This is the climax of this film, and we can see that the little ladybug not only flies higher and farther after experiencing the ant war, but also braver and wiser. The story ends with firecrackers sparking forest fires, humans driving helicopters to sprinkle water in the air to extinguish the fire, and the black ants' fortress completely collapses, so they rebuild their homes. Under the setting sun, the captain of the black ants and the little ladybug quietly stared at the sky on the high post, and the little ladybug finally had a home. The scene of looking at the sky appears many times in the film, setting off their joy when harvesting food, setting off their uneasiness during war, and setting off their happiness after rebuilding their homes. Little ladybugs like to look at the moon, where the moon is big and round, still very bright, hanging quietly in the sky. Looking at the sky and looking at the moon, what a lonely thing, and how romantic. Think about the increasingly busy moment, who would look up at the sky and look at the moon? Interestingly, the beginning and end of the whole story is a human factor, humans throwing down food to cause ant swarms to find food, forest fire humans sprinkle water to extinguish the fire, I think this may be one of the values that the film wants to express. Man and the fate of nature are closely linked, and we must face nature with a more cautious attitude, fear nature, and protect nature. Even a small insect is a gift from nature, and even the weakest life we should cherish. Of course, our protagonist Little Ladybug is the focus of expression. The lone ladybug is weak, but in the company of the ant swarm, it grows, and the growth may be lonely but not lonely, and the growth cannot be separated from the company of friends, even if it is different races. The little ladybug is still brave, and it is weak and helpless, but it still helps the black ant squad scare away the gecko. "If you don't experience wind and rain, you can see the rainbow", and the sunshine will always appear after the wind and rain.

Fourth, the big world in the microscopic world. Many of the scenes in the film come from the real world, combined with computer animation technology, making the scenes real and beautiful.
