Facial paralysis is a relatively common disease, especially peripheral facial palsy, many young people are also "over-recruited", and the middle-aged and elderly groups are a high incidence of central facial paralysis. The most obvious symptoms of facial paralysis are crooked mouth and oblique eyes, unclear speech, and acupuncture therapy of Traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on improving symptoms. Facial nerve palsy, also known as facial palsy. Because it is manifested as crooked mouth and oblique eyes, it is also called mouth-eye oblique, and it is more common in young adults clinically. There are two types of central and peripheral diseases, and central facial paralysis is more common in middle-aged and elderly people.

Procedure: (1) The patient lies on his back on the treatment bed, the surgeon sits in front of his bed, and the middle fingers of both hands rub the wind house, the wind pool, the dumb door, and the wind cave (Figure 13-169) for about half a minute each. (2) Thumbs of both hands and thumbs to rub and transport the two suns, the shrine and the Hundred Temples for about 1 minute each. (3) The middle finger rubs and pushes the two sides of the yangbai, bamboo, fish waist, silk bamboo hollow, ear gate, listening palace, listening meeting, shangguan, lower seki, cheek car point, 1 minute each (Figure 13-170). (4) The middle finger fingertips are kneaded to carry weeping, four whites, Yingxiang, dicang, heji, renzhong, and the pulp point (Fig. 13-171). (5) Rub the injured lateral cheek muscles with the palm of your hand (Figure 13-172), and rub the neiguan and Hegu acupoints with your thumb 3 to 5 times each.

Rule 2

Operation steps: (1) The patient lies on his back on the treatment bed, the surgeon stands on his right side, and his fingers press the wind pool, the sun, the lower level, the cheek car, the human middle, and the pulp point. (2) The left hand is fixed by holding the patient's head and forehead, the thumb of the right hand is wrapped in gauze (or wearing a finger sleeve), extended into the patient's mouth, corresponding to the outer middle finger, kneading the bite line in the mouth and the cheek part of the grass, the ground barn, the cheek car, the human middle, and the pulp bearing point (Figure 13-173), about 1 minute each.
Combined with tongue muscle paralysis or speech disadvantage, both hands thumbs are wrapped in gauze (or gloves), reach into the patient's mouth, pull the tongue out, repeatedly knead, or the thumbs of both hands alternately move for 2 to 3 minutes, called the sea dragon method (mouth called Haikou, tongue called red dragon).
This method is suitable for all kinds of facial nerve palsies, and also has a certain effect on central facial nerve palsy, mouth and tongue paralysis with obvious symptoms and unfavorable speech.
