I made preparations a day in advance, and arrived at Yan Laoyuan's door at about 7:30 in the morning. There were about seventy or eighty people outside the store, it was the height of summer, the temperature in the early morning was not very high, and everyone was patiently lined up.

A small restaurant in the old neighborhood, at noon, the house is full of people.
The environment is close to the people, the space is cramped, only the walking path is left between the tables, and the whole house is filled with the aroma of stir-fry.

In the afternoon, after drinking a few cups of coffee, in the evening, the sun was shining, and I walked to an intersection and saw the Wu Changzi Brine Restaurant.
Various brine flavors are placed in a large basin, and duck heads, chicken feet, sausages, dried sausages, pig tails, and pig ears are piled together, and they are burnt yellow in the sunlight, which is very attractive.

There are not many varieties of dishes, and a few specialties easily soothe the stomachs of foodies. Grilled meat and meat tendons must be ordered, I am afraid that I will not be able to eat it late; chicken feet are especially delicious, and after cooking, they become softer and more sticky, full of spicy taste; ham sausage is grilled like the taste of a shop in front of the school, evoking people's memories.
Late at night, the owner couple was still busy. Oil flowers stir up flames, and condiments burn in the air.
