Fully relying on the reserve advantage of 100 billion square meters of coal-bed methane in the county, the county leader led the county-school cooperation team to China University of Petroleum (East China) for exchanges and negotiations, and invited the doctoral team led by Guo Xinyang and Wu Yizhou to conduct field investigation and discussion exchanges, signed a contract to build a social practice and volunteer service base for college students of China University of Petroleum (East China), and held the unveiling ceremony of the internship training base.
The second is to build a base for the transformation of achievements based on location advantages. Based on the advantages of the construction of the Yellow River ecological tourism scenic belt in the region, the company signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Institute of Agricultural Planning science of China Agricultural University, investing more than 60 million yuan, and plans to build five major functional areas, including science and technology leading demonstration area, open-field fruit tree demonstration area, efficient facility production area, management service area and ecological conservation area, integrating scientific and technological leadership, technology promotion, boutique production, sightseeing and leisure.
The third is to concentrate on industrial advantages and jointly build an entrepreneurial employment base.
