Recently planned to go out on a youth tour, just have ripe bananas, then roast a few bananas muffins together~

Ingredients (can be made with 6 pieces)
Wet Ingredients: Peel two ripe bananas, puree forks, 100 g whipped cream, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 20 g honey, 1 tbsp coconut oil
I only have whipped cream, which is used in the processing stock, and can be replaced by yogurt, depending on the consistency of the treatment as appropriate.
Dry Ingredients: 60 g cake flour, 70 g whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp flaxseed powder, 30 g almond flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp soda powder, 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
Other ingredients: 1/2 cup roasted chocolate beans, dried pineapple diced, peelless almond strips or other nuts
method:
➡️ Preheat oven at 350F.
➡️ Stir the wet ingredients well with a manual whisk.
➡️ The dry ingredients should also be mixed well to make sure that the baking powder and flour are mixed evenly, but I have not sifted.
➡️ Add dry ingredients to the wet material, cut and mix well with a spatula, add chocolate beans and other accessories and mix well together, do not stir excessively.
➡️ Pour the batter into a paper cup and fill it for 7 minutes. Garnish with almond strips sprinkled on top.
➡️ Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes!
Sometimes I feel like a health nuts, and I feel particularly accomplished in making food that is healthy and delicious. This time do the muffins take a bite, like heaven! Maybe I haven't eaten my own baked dessert in a long time
Put away the rest of the boxes and wait until the picnic is ready to eat! The children said they were looking forward to the spring tour ~ hahaha
Whole wheat flour bold plus! Almond flour, flaxseed powder if you have it! Diced dried pineapple is so refreshing to add to the grilled goods! Add a little chocolate beans and your baby will love you even more!
