Pay attention to food safety and stay away from health hazards
1. The green vegetables and chlorpyrifos (measured value: 0.82mg/kg, the value specified in the relevant national standards for food safety is ≤0.1mg/kg) operated and sold by Zhu Yongyan Vegetable Stall in Hongshan Road Market, Huaibei City, does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards;
2. The green vegetables and chlorpyrifos (measured value: 0.38mg/kg, the value specified by the relevant national standards for food safety ≤ 0.1mg/kg) operated and sold by minyi shopping center in the north of Suixi County do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards;
Chlorpyrifos, also known as chlorpyrifos, is currently one of the most widely used organophosphate insecticides in the world. The reason why the vegetable poisoning of dead ticks exceeds the standard may be that vegetable farmers do not understand the safe interval between the use of pesticides, so they use pesticides in violation of the law. Eating foods with chlorpyrifos may cause dizziness, headaches, weakness, vomiting and other symptoms, and may even lead to epileptic convulsions.
3. Mung bean sprouts sold by Ding Tongxin Vegetable Stall in Nanli Vegetable Market, Huaibei City, sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid (measured in terms of 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid, measured value: 0.219mg/kg, the relevant national standards for food safety stipulate that "shall not be detected") do not meet the provisions of national food safety standards;
4. Huangdou sprouts, sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid (measured in terms of 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid, measured value: 0.376mg/kg, the relevant national standards for food safety stipulate that "shall not be detected") do not meet the provisions of national food safety standards;
5. Huangdou sprouts, 4-chlorophenoxyacetate (measured in terms of 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid, measured value: 0.153mg/kg, the relevant national standards for food safety stipulate that "shall not be detected") operated and sold by Fang's Sideline Food Commercial Company in Xiangshan District, Huaibei City, do not meet the provisions of national food safety standards;
Sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetate, also known as anti-fallin, is an assortant, broad-spectrum, efficient, multi-functional plant growth regulator, mainly used to prevent falling flowers and fruits, inhibiting legumes from rooting, etc., and can regulate the balance of hormones in plant plants. Sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetate is a white needle-like or prismatic crystal, slightly phenolic taste, easily soluble in water, stable in nature, long-term storage without deterioration, and accumulated toxicity to the human body. The national food safety standard stipulates that producers shall not use substances such as sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetate in the production process of bean sprouts, and bean sprout operators shall not operate bean sprouts containing sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetate and other substances. Sodium 4-chlorophenoxyacetate detected in bean sprouts may be due to the illegal use of bean sprouts by producers during the production process in order to inhibit bean sprouts from rooting and increase bean sprout yields.
6. The fine vermicelli sold by the Zhou Jinhua Dried and Fresh Condiment Shop in the Xiangshan Road Vegetable Market in Xiangshan District, Huaibei City, the residual amount of aluminum (dry samples, measured in Al, measured value: 301mg/kg, the relevant national standards for food safety ≤200mg/kg) do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards;
7. Huaibei City Xiangshan Road Vegetable Market Vegetable District Fruit and Fruit Concentration Camp Vegetable Stalls sell noodles, aluminum residue (dry samples, in Al, measured value: 345mg/kg, food safety national standards stipulated value ≤ 200mg/kg) does not meet the national food safety standards.
The residual amount of aluminum (dry sample, measured in Al), aluminum-containing food additives, such as potassium aluminum sulfate (also known as potassium alum), ammonium aluminum sulfate (also known as ammonium alum), etc., are used as leavening agents and stabilizers in food, and aluminum residues will be generated after use. The National Standard for Food Safety and the Standard for the Use of Food Additives (GB 2760-2014) stipulate that the residual amount of aluminum in vermicelli noodles (dry samples, calculated as Al) shall not exceed 200mg/kg. The reason why the residual amount of aluminum in vermicelli/vermicelli exceeds the standard may be that some merchants use aluminum-containing food additives in excess of the limit in the production and processing process in order to improve the taste of the product. Long-term intake of aluminum residues exceeding the standard of food, may affect the body's absorption of iron, calcium and other nutrients, resulting in osteoporosis, anemia, etc., and even affect the development of nerve cells.
