It's almost the New Year, I'll give you the way to make Crystal Pork Knuckle;

Wash the pork knuckles first and burn the pig hair on the fire. Then rinse with water.

Cold water put the pork knuckle in the pot, the water must cover the pig's knuckle, boil for five minutes to clean up the blood and water inside, turn off the heat to take out the pig's knuckle;

Add the following spices;

1, 2 star anise, a small handful of peppercorns, a green onion cut into sections, five cloves of garlic, four thick slices of ginger put into the pot together.

2, three spoons of old soy sauce, two spoons of cooking wine, two spoons of sugar. Two spoons of salt, two spoons of MONOS, put them in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat to reduce heat. When the temperature inside the pan is slightly cooler, fish out the pork knuckle and put it on the cutting board; remove the bones inside.

Then tidy up, squeeze the side of the bone into it, and wrap the pork skin as much as possible in the meat inside. With force, wrap multiple layers of plastic wrap around it, the tighter the better. Wrap a few more ropes around it, and the tighter the better. Then refrigerate for two days. Take out the elbow and cut it into slices, dip it with garlic sauce, and a delicious crystal pork knuckle that is fragrant and hygienic is ready to serve.
