On July 24th, the paving operation of the first section of cement stable gravel test section of the 07th work area of the Dapuchaihe to Yanguanshan Expressway Project of China Railway, which was built by China Railway Siju Road and Bridge Company, was successfully completed, marking the official start of the construction of the pavement structure of the Jilin Guogao Network PPP project.
The Jilin Guogao Network PPP project, invested and constructed by China Railway Consortium, consists of three parts: Yanji to Changchun Expressway Dapuchaihe to Yanguanshan Section, Yanguanshan to Changchun Section, and Benxi to Ji'an Expressway Huanren to Ji'an Section, with a total length of 341.699 km and a total investment of about 33.334 billion yuan in PPP projects, which is scheduled to be completed and opened to traffic in October 2023.
"The water stability test section of this construction is the first water stability test section to be completed first among the 14 working areas of the three expressways under construction in the Jilin Guogao Network PPP project, Puyan, Yanchang and Jihuan, which provides detailed technical parameters for the next stage of large-scale water stability grass-roots construction, and also lays a solid foundation for the next step of road construction in a large area." It was learned from the construction site that the total length of the water stability test section of the construction is 200 meters, the design base layer water stability width is 9.3 meters, the thickness is 0.25 meters, the mixture is about 1300 tons, and the echelon paving operation is carried out by the hanging line control elevation method. In the construction process, the 07th construction area of the Puyan Project strictly controls the construction process by strengthening the management of the construction site, so that the various processes such as water stability mixture mixing, transportation, laying, rolling, testing, and health maintenance are effectively connected, and the construction operations of large pavers, rollers, and conveying vehicles are orderly, and the water stable mixture is collected and transported to the site to complete the one-time paving.
"In order to ensure the smooth progress of this paving work, the project has held several special deployment meetings on the construction plan to strictly review the construction mix ratio and construction plan." It was learned from Yang Jichang, the project manager of the work area. "Just before the paving operation, the project department also carried out the last pre-job construction education and training for all the staff of the operation team before the paving operation, with the purpose of ensuring that all the operators can clearly grasp the water stability grass-roots paving process and standardized construction precautions, and realize the one-time molding of the paving operation."
After the construction of the test section, after the on-site test and testing of the technical personnel, according to the data of the test section elevation, compaction, paving width, flatness, compaction thickness and other data, the test results of each indicator meet the design and specification requirements, and the data is strictly controlled within the scope of the paving construction plan, and the established construction goal of controllable construction scheme, data controllable and quality controllable is realized.
