Developer Note: With the release of Shadowlands, we've reduced the maximum number of targets that can be attacked by a number of skills, and these changes are meant to solve gameplay issues related to pulling a large number of enemies at once in dungeons. Players often refer to these changes as "AoE Target Caps". Our aim is to reduce the effect of the Burst AoE skill when fighting a large number of targets (e.g. 15 to 20 enemies) and to improve the effect when fighting a small number of enemies (e.g. 3 to 5 enemies), and this is clearly stated in the skill description. Skills that are still "no cap" are usually those that deal less damage (such as blizzards and dedication) for longer durations. With other changes, we no longer use "pull as many enemies as possible and use the burst skill all AoE off" as the main strategy for dealing with situations.
We've received a lot of feedback that these skills don't hit enemies within range that would feel weird in World of Warcraft battles, and it can also create problems when brushing up on legacy content in Boss Wars. As a result, many skills that changed from no cap to strict cap in 9.0 have now become "damage reduction when exceeding 5 objectives". This means that these skills deal full damage when 5 objectives and less damage to each additional target when exceeding 5 objectives. This means that while the overall damage of these skills increases with the number of targets, the damage to each target decreases. This solution means that these skills and related classes are still able to maintain a larger advantage when dealing with 4-6 enemies. As always, these adjustments will be adjusted based on feedback from PTR in the coming weeks.

The soul of redemption
● Regardless of fame level, all players now have 20 Redemption Souls versions of the weekly quest "Bring Back lost souls".
● Added an additional 20 repeatable missions to bring back Redeemers to speed up the player's progress in the Covenant Sanctuary.
In Togast, souls rescued in the Tower of Sin Souls now count towards "Bringing Back Lost Souls".
Glen: The road to promotion

● You are now able to enter normal, heroic or epic island expeditions individually or in teams of up to 3 players. Start your single-brush island trip with a conversation with Captain Rezorquin of Dasaro (Tribe) or Flynn Farming of Burales (Alliance)!
● The number of players required to enter the Battle of Normal Riptide Fort and the Battle of the Black Coast has been reduced to 5 (previously 15).
<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="396" > items and rewards</h1>
● Players now only need to complete the Raid Tomb achievement on one character per account to start the Legion Re-Entry Class Mount mission at Broken Beach. Each character still needs to complete the Class Hall campaign, complete missions, and recruit the final Hall Warrior.
● Share links from fitting rooms on chat channels or online to show off your full illusion look. The player is able to move the mouse over these items to see how they are collected: whether they have been collected, or whether they can be obtained by the character who viewed it.
● The illusion appearance of decorative items is now learned when using items.
● Added new heirloom equipment levels. All heirlooms can now be used outside of Shadowlands and Destiny Silk (this feature will take effect in a future PTR patch).
● Instantly explore all areas and unlock all flight paths for your trumpet The heirloom reconnaissance map is now available in all expansion packs (previously Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms only).
● Increased the drop rate of Dominion Shards.
▲ Greatly increased the amount of soul dust dropped by the 8th to 12th floors of Togast, Tower of Sin, Abyss Raid, Togast Tormentor and Command Table missions.
● Players who reach 80 fame will be able to purchase the Spirit Distinction Seal for 500 gold in Olipos, instantly increasing the fame of a trumpet to 40. Cannot be used on characters with more than 40 names.
● Players can now purchase various versions of Thekhiya ordnance to craft specific parts of the equipment.
● Treasure Hall acquirer Ta Gosh now sells portal control shards that let you activate the nearest demon portal.
The heirloom merchants of Olipos now sell the following account binding items:
● Traveler's Heart Energy Treasure: Enables heart energy to be brought to a new covenant or sent to trumpet.
● Valiant Equipment Chest Purchased with Courage: Contains one 0-tier epic dungeon equipment with a 210 item level. This chest can only be purchased by characters with an Epic Keystone Dungeon rating of 1500 or above.
● Unruly Equipment Chest Purchased with Conquest: Contains one piece of unrated PvP equipment with a 220 item level. Chests can only be purchased by characters with a PvP level of 1600 or above in any PvP group.
● Time Binding Meditation - Set a fellow adventurer to level 30. A companion is required to reach level 40. Cannot be used against companions at level 30 and above (originally providing 5000 XP directly for your selected adventurer companion).
Developer Note: After reading the player's feedback that the mental energy consumption is too high relative to the experience points provided, we changed the item to set the companion's level to 30. The item was originally designed to allow companions of low levels to quickly upgrade, not as a substitute for interacting with the system. After further checking based on player feedback, we decided that the cost of exchanging 5,000 XP with care was too high, and instead leveled up directly to level 30.
● 6 new types of magic shoes added to the Fashion Trial World Event. These new shoes provide a unique look for races that don't usually wear shoes, and can be purchased with Fashion Trial Coins (these shoes can be purchased at PTR's main city hallucinator).
● Increased the drop rate of the Soul Moon Emblem.
<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="416" > Kexia and Phagocytosis</h1>
● Unlock additional fast flight options from Willnelli's Sanctuary to Fort Breaker and Abyss in the Abyss.
● Complete the task of archivist Ro-Suier and now be able to use the Heart Energy Diverter in Kexia to directly store Heart Energy.
Archivist file prestige
● Once a character on an account reaches the appropriate prestige level, Research Reports (Item Upgrades) and Monograph Items (9.0 bonus drops) can now be purchased with full account purchases.
● Players who reach level 6 are now able to purchase "Research Report: Relic Check Technique": an account binding item that can be sent to trumpets to increase their prestige from relics and relics shards by 50%.
● The mission "Relic Efficiency" offered at level 4 will now also increase the average number of relics issued as rare monsters and chests with additional drops, daily missions, and weekly bonus chests. There is a 20% chance to get twice as many Relic Fragments from rare monsters and chest drops.
● Two new missions have been added: "Relic Trail" at level 3, which has a 10% chance to get twice as many Relic Fragments, and "Relic Hunter" at level 5, which increases the double chance to 40%. The two new missions also increase the average number of relics drawn as rare monsters and chest drops, daily missions, and weekly bonus chests.
Developer Note: If a player's trumpet has reached level 6, we want to improve the experience of the trumpet boosting equipment in Cesia by providing immediate upgrades as well as increasing prestige to gain speed. We also understand that the last level of prestige took longer than we expected, especially for players who have limited play time or are not yet available to enter the Cessia Rift. To that end, we've added new missions at levels 3 and 5, and we've adjusted level 4 missions to increase the number of relics rewarded for weekly and daily missions. Coupled with other bonuses that increase the drop of Relic Fragments, we hope to speed up the process of restoring archivist files every other player.
● Rare monsters that repeatedly kill Kerhea now have a chance to drop relics (originally only once a day).
● Players with omniscient crystals can now see more enemies carrying relics in Kithia.
● Trained Leaping Beast Transporters can now find more Relic Chests.
The Kerhea Rift
● The character or account number on the profiler file that reaches level 4 will now receive the new weekly task "Lost Study". This new quest will guide the player to the Kersa Rift and reward a large number of archivists with file prestige and compilation research.
● Enemies in the Ghethia Rift now drop shards of stolen relics and have a chance to drop them.
<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="432" > pet battles</h1>
● Flawless and race-specific combat training stones are now fixed to provide 2000 XP (originally level up XP).
● The Evil Energy Combat Training Stone is now fixed to provide 10,000 XP (originally level 5 XP).
● The Ultimate Battle Training Stone now costs 35 polished pet charms (originally 60).
● Using a team of pets of comparable rank to battle with wild pets now offers twice the experience. As long as any pet in your party is not more than two levels above the wild pet, you will receive this bonus.
● The experience penalty for pet death is reduced to 50% (previously 100%). Pets still need to be activated in at least one turn to gain combat experience.
● All pets gain 50% more experience in battle.
● For balance, pet battle bonus event buff effect animal imprint reduced to 100% (previously 200%). The experience gained from Pet Battle during pet battles extra events remains the same.
Developer Note: Pet Battle is a fun and exciting mini-game, but the current incentive mechanism makes the esoteric strategy the only best option. This creates obstacles for players to participate in the system. We believe that this series of changes will broaden the player's most effective gameplay without weakening the existing upgrade strategy.
<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="442">PvP</h1>
● Low item level PvP equipment can now be upgraded to high item level in PvP situations. This reduces the strength level, allowing new characters to compete in battlefields and arenas. This change does not affect PvP equipment at high item levels.
● Added additional PvP titles and item level slots to provide a more segmented upgrade path for players who climb to this level.

Accounts now need to bind a Battlenet security order to publish custom text when listing dungeons, team quests, or rating PvP activity. All players can still search and join other teams.
Developer Note: The ad-filled Party Finder annoys us as much as you do, but the challenge we face when trying to weed out these ads is that these ads are often posted by accounts that have been stolen or abandoned, so penalties for in-game reporting often don't have an effective deterrent effect. Moreover, relying on reporting means that many players will be disturbed by screen swiping before these ads are reported. Battlenet Security Is now available on mobile, and it's easy to use to protect your World of Warcraft account. But if you don't want to use it for some reason, you can still post a team with an autofill description (such as selecting the team quest name and difficulty in the drop-down box of the interface, or basing on the Epic Keystone in your backpack). Our goal is to clean up the Party Finder with as little inconvenience to the player as possible.
Searches can now use numeric ranges (e.g. 5-9 for 5 to 9 stories of epic keystone dungeons).
Automatically populate the party finder information based on the creator's keystone. The information still needs to be entered manually.
Party creators are now able to set minimum Epic Keystone dungeon and PvP scoring requirements.
Party creators can now choose a play style to set expectations for their party.
The Browse Rating PvP Entries and Applicants window now displays PvP scores.
Party creators are now able to browse the list.
The PvP classification now uses the player's PvP item level instead of the usual item level.
● Chat report feedback improvements
Added a confirmation box for reporting inappropriate remarks in chats and players who may be reported.
When you report verbal harassment or other inappropriate remarks from a player in the game, we will notify you when the player is punished.
When we notice that your behavior is deteriorating, we will send you a warning message so that you can change your behavior before being punished.
If serious misconduct is discovered, the system skips the warning process and takes immediate action.
/ignore now blocks all characters in the player's World of Warcraft account.
Whistleblowers are now informed when their report is accepted. If the violator's behavior is not corrected, they are subject to current and future penalty information.
●Text-to-speech settings are saved on the server, and the option to save settings on the account has been added.
