After the visit and investigation, Director Chen Chun and his party held a discussion with the leadership team of Kunlun Gas and the main leaders of Kunming Gas and Kunming China Resources. The main leaders of Kunlun Gas, Kunming Gas and Kunming China Resources introduced the basic situation, corporate mission, organizational structure, key business, sales volume during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, etc., and made a detailed report on the safety management and safety and supply work of the enterprise from the aspects of the full safety production responsibility system, QHSE management system, dual prevention mechanism, emergency management, epidemic prevention and control, COP15 gas supply, especially drawing on the lessons of the "6.13" accident to comprehensively promote the investigation and governance of hidden dangers.
Director Chen Chun put forward specific requirements for the gas industry to do a good job in safety production management in the discussion: First, grasp the "six key tasks" of safe production (that is, formulate a plan, carry out a safety production drill, eliminate a batch of safety hazards, solidify experience and practices against international and domestic industry standards, complete an all-round self-inspection, self-assessment, and implement a re-supervision work mechanism for supervision.
