At the beginning of the Ming Dynasty, the mediocre and rigid "Taige style" prevailed, and its representative scholar Shen Du was praised as "Wang Xizhi of my dynasty" and was deeply valued by the imperial court. On the contrary, cursive calligraphy represented by Song Ke, Shen Cang, Xie Jin, Zhang Bi, etc. came into being, either inheriting the ancient meaning of developing Zhang cao, or absorbing the legacy of Xu Qin crazy grass, forming a unique cursive group and magnificent landscape in the early Ming Dynasty.

Liu Jue's book Li Bai's "Send Meng Haoran to Guangling" inkblot, the pen spirals and is like an ape shaking a withered vine; the knot body is formed according to the situation, like a snake into the grass; the whole text is wheezing, dripping and cheerful, although the falling money is poor, but it can be static braking, with less to win more, small to see the big, change the rolling and coiled grass into a steady and powerful grass, so that the whole majestic undulating melody, because of the right stop symbol and suddenly still, evocative. This book is deeply rooted in the legacy of the great scribe Song Ke in the early Ming Dynasty, and directly catches up with the flying and lushness of the upside-down drunkenness, and the thickness changes, dry and wet, thick and light, and is an intriguing cursive masterpiece.
