According to a report by Porsche reporter Chris Wheatley, Arsenal's 21-year-old winger Nelson will join Feyenoord on loan for one season.
According to journalist James Benge, Feyenoord turned his sights on Nelson due to the injury of Manchester United winger Amade Diallo. Benge also said that since Nelson's contract with the Gunners expires at the end of the season, he believes the Gunners will complete the renewal with Nelson first. According to football.london, Feyenoord wanted to bring in a winger in this summer's transfer window, and after Manchester United winger Amade Diallo was injured, Feyenoord canceled his loan plan and Nelson was targeted.
It is understood that Nelson will extend his contract with the Gunners before signing with Feyenoord. He currently doesn't seem to have his place in Arteta's squad and he will be loaned out before the summer window transfer window closes.
