The research in this article is groundbreaking. For the first time, a very detailed observation and account of Sichuan Megacessosaurus was made, and at the same time, through the analysis and research of system software, the systematic classification position of Megacerososaurus was clarified - Gigaosaurus was in the backbone of the evolution of Stegosaurus dinosaurs, it inherited some of the original traits, more advanced than Huayang Dragon, and was a transitional type between Huayang Dragon and Tuojiang Dragon. In addition, the paper also studies the evolutionary relationship between the ontology of Megacerospera, the Sichuan Basin and the Chinese Stegosaurus, which has important academic value.

It is understood that Sichuan Giant Spinosaurus is a strange form of stegosaurus dinosaur, discovered in Zigong in 1985, is the third stegosaurus found in Zigong after the multi-spined Tuojiang dragon and Taibai Huayang dragon. It is extremely well preserved, and has been found to have the world's first stegosaurus skin (imprint) fossil, and the world's first shoulder spine fossil preserved in a joint state with shoulder belt bones, which has important scientific value.
