Stir-fried beef with fresh bamboo shoots

A very appetizing dish

Ingredients: beef 3 pairs, fresh bamboo shoots 4 two

Ingredients: minced garlic, ginger slices, green pepper, red pepper

Seasoning: salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, flour, sesame oil, pepper, sake, wet powder, cooking oil, two soups (or water)

Preparation method

First slice the beef stripes (beef stripes can cut beef muscle fibers), mix well with food powder, soy sauce and wet powder, cover with cooking oil, marinate, and cut fresh bamboo shoots into medium slices (specification 4cmX2cmX0.3cm).
