Ou Ying is a member of the tea pickers. She told the author that the tea picking time began in mid-March and lasted until the end of May, and when the weather was sunny, she went up the mountain every morning to start picking at 7 o'clock and ended at 12 o'clock, and an average of 40 kilograms of tea could be picked per day. This tea garden has more than 300 acres, and almost 30 people work here every day.

It is understood that Longsheng sweet tea is an evergreen small tree, growing in a warm and wet mountain forest of 400-800 meters, often mixed with bamboo and pine trees, shade-tolerant, acid-loving soil, short days. Use the leaves to brew water as a tea, which has a sweet taste.

A piece of tea flourishes in a township. Since Longsheng Township, Liangping District, successfully applied for the national geographic trademark of "Liangping Sweet Tea" in 2014, the party committee and government of the township have been committed to the large-scale development of the sweet tea industry based on the goal of building a "sweet tea town".
