On the afternoon of November 10, 2017, the signing ceremony of the National Graduate Student Alliance of Schools of Public Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance") was successfully held in Room 320, Qiushi Building, Chinese Min University.
Participating in the signing ceremony were Li Haiyan, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Government and Management of Peking University, Yao Jingyi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Dean of the School of Government and Management of Peking University, Guo Jia, Deputy Dean of the School of Government and Management of Beijing Normal University, Yan Lijia, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the School of Government and Management of Peking University, and Chen Haoqiang, Director of the Student Work Office of the School of Government and Management of Beijing Normal University.
The leaders of our school who participated in the signing ceremony included Li Jiafu, secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Public Administration, Wang Dan, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, Chen Xia, secretary of the Youth League Committee, Zhang Shichuang, secretary of the Party Affairs Department, and Wang Qiao, secretary of student affairs.

The meeting was presided over by Wang Dan, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Public Administration of Chinese Min University.
At the beginning of the signing ceremony, Deputy Secretary Wang Dan extended a warm welcome to all the leaders, guests and backbone of the Graduate Student Association who came to attend the meeting. Deputy Secretary Wang Dan pointed out that under the background of the construction of "double first-class", in order to promote the development of public management disciplines and explore a new model of university-level interactive exchanges, the Youth League Committee of the School of Public Administration of Chinese University, the Youth League Committee of the School of Government and Management of Peking University, and the Youth League Committee of the School of Government and Management of Beijing Normal University jointly initiated the establishment of the National Graduate Student Alliance of Schools of Public Administration. The alliance aims to focus on high-quality public management discipline resources, with "interaction, cooperation and sharing" as the basic purpose, is committed to strengthening information communication, promoting resource sharing, building academic brands, and establishing academic communities, so as to build a public management graduate student exchange platform, and better serve the postgraduate students in public management disciplines of various universities and colleges.

Subsequently, Li Jiafu, secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Public Administration of Chinese University, delivered a welcome speech. On behalf of the School of Public Administration, Secretary Li Jiafu first warmly welcomed the arrival of the leading guests and the backbone of the Graduate Student Association of the School of Government and Management of Peking University and the School of Government management of Beijing Normal University.
Secretary Li Jiafu pointed out that the School of Public Administration is one of the youngest, most distinctive, and most representative colleges serving the country's economic construction and social development in Chinese University, with strong comprehensive strength, and the first-level discipline of public administration of Renmin University has entered the first batch of "double-first-class" construction disciplines in the country. Secretary Li Jiafu pointed out that the alliance should take graduate students as the protagonist and make the content and characteristics belonging to the graduate student group; I hope that everyone can work together to achieve normalization and standardized development after the establishment of the alliance; the alliance must benefit many parties, promote more exchanges between graduate students in public management across the country, enhance friendship, and increase talents.

Guo Jia, deputy dean of the School of Government and Management of Beijing Normal University, said that he was very pleased to participate in the signing ceremony of the alliance, which provided a good talent training model for the three schools; at the same time, Vice Dean Guo Jia spoke highly of the academic status of the School of Public Administration of Chinese University, and also introduced the development process of the School of Government And Management of Beijing Normal University. Vice Dean Guojia believes that the talents and resources of a single college have the characteristics of fragmentation, which is not conducive to the overall and comprehensive development of teachers and students, and the creation of alliances is conducive to the collaborative sharing of different resources, which is conducive to the common benefit of students and teachers of various colleges and universities in this platform.

Deputy Secretary Yao Jingyi spoke highly of the status and role of the School of Public Administration of Chinese University in the national public administration colleges, and encouraged the students to broaden their horizons, make bold innovations, and go out, do practice, and do research according to the platform, use what they have learned, and do research, and really play the role of the alliance; Deputy Secretary Yao Jingyi said that the School of Government and Management of Peking University will further do a good job in supporting and guaranteeing the alliance.

Subsequently, the signing ceremony opened with the sound of stirring music, and Lang Yu, chairman of the Graduate Student Association of Chinese University, Jia Rundong, chairman of the Graduate Student Association of the School of Government and Management of Peking University, and Xu Pei, chairman of the School of Government and Management of Beijing Normal University, stepped to the signing table and jointly signed the agreement of the National Graduate Student Alliance of Schools of Public Administration, and the scene resounded with warm and lasting applause.
The agreement decided to appoint the Graduate Student Association of the School of Public Administration of Chinese University, the Graduate Student Association of the School of Government and Management of Peking University, and the Graduate Student Association of the School of Government of Beijing Normal University as the standing director units of the Alliance; Lang Yu, chairman of the Graduate Student Association of Chinese University, Jia Rundong, chairman of the Graduate Student Association of the School of Government and Management of Peking University, and Xu Pei, chairman of the School of Government Management of Beijing Normal University, as the executive director of the Alliance; Lang Yu, chairman of the Graduate Student Association of Chinese University, as the rotating chairman of the Alliance; and Chen Xia, secretary of the Youth League Committee of Chinese University. Yan Lijia, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the School of Government and Management of Peking University, Chen Haoqiang, Director of the Student Work Office of the School of Government and Management of Beijing Normal University, are the standing supervisors of the Alliance, and Chen Xia, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the School of Public Administration of Chinese Min University, is appointed as the rotating supervisor of the Alliance.

Subsequently, Jia Rundong, chairman of the Graduate Student Association of the School of Government and Management of Peking University, thanked the teachers and students who supported the establishment of the alliance. He believes that the combination of the top universities and the richest knowledge resources in China will surely create the top graduate student union alliance in China; the creation of the alliance will help students from all colleges to go out of the college and embrace a broader space.
Lang Yu, chairman of the Graduate Student Association of the School of Public Administration of Chinese University, said that he had been looking forward to signing the contract for a long time and thanked the teachers for their support. Chairman Lang Yu reviewed the development process of the alliance, pointed out that the graduate student association of our college will continue to learn from the graduate students of the two sister universities with an open mind, and proposed that the development of the alliance should be normalized and academic in the future, attracting more universities to participate.
Xu Pei, chairman of the Graduate Student Association of the School of Government and Management of Beijing Normal University, believes that the alliance is conducive to interaction and exchange between different institutions, information sharing, and requires the joint efforts of the three institutions to make the alliance bigger and stronger, and thanked the teachers who received the strong support in the process of the establishment of the alliance, and said that they will not forget the original intention, keep in mind the mission, and forge ahead.
Subsequently, Chen Xia, secretary of the Youth League Committee of Chinese University, pointed out that the establishment of the alliance should first thank the leaders of various colleges for their support, and in the process of communication and coordination, our institute has received strong cooperation from teachers from other two colleges, taking this opportunity to thank the two "comrades-in-arms" for their efforts; Professor Chen Xia once again expressed his gratitude to the chairmen of the graduate student associations of the three colleges.
Chen Haoqiang, director of the Student Work Office of the School of Government and Management of Beijing Normal University, pointed out that the leaders of the college believe that the alliance is conducive to the collaborative development and innovation of the postgraduate students between different institutions, and thank the leaders, teachers and graduate students of the three units for their efforts in the process of creating the alliance, and hope that the alliance will share and innovate together to push the alliance to a better future.
Yan Lijia, secretary of the Youth League Committee of the School of Government and Management of Peking University, believes that the atmosphere of the event is warm and warm; the form is simple but the significance is far-reaching. Teacher Yan Lijia said that he would do a good job in relevant work, help the development of the platform, encourage students to work, and contribute to the innovative postgraduate training model.
Finally, Li Haiyan, secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Government and Management of Peking University, proposed that the three colleges have a lot in common in terms of discipline development and think tank construction, and there have been extensive exchanges between different colleges before the establishment of the alliance, and have long formed a family relationship of "you have me, I have you, and blood is connected". Secretary Li Haiyan pointed out that the alliance activities should not be large, but should be realistic, in order to have a heritage, after the alliance everyone has the obligation to do this matter well. He also said that teachers will support the relevant activities of the alliance in many aspects and in a wide range of fields.

At the end of the meeting, Deputy Secretary Wang Dan summarized the signing ceremony of the alliance. Deputy Secretary Wang Dan pointed out that first of all, "freezing three feet is not a day's cold", and the establishment of the alliance is the common effort of everyone, and we will work harder in the future. Secondly, "if the two feelings are long, they will be in the twilight of the dynasty", after signing the contract, I hope that the activity will be more exciting. Deputy Secretary Wang Dan also wished the "Public Administration Youth Speak" event held from November 11 to 12 a complete success.
