On the afternoon of November 10, 2017, the signing ceremony of the National Graduate Student Alliance of Schools of Public Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance") was successfully held in Room 320, Qiushi Building, Chinese Min University.

Participating in the signing ceremony were Li Haiyan, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Government and Management of Peking University, Yao Jingyi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Dean of the School of Government and Management of Peking University, Guo Jia, Deputy Dean of the School of Government and Management of Beijing Normal University, Yan Lijia, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the School of Government and Management of Peking University, and Chen Haoqiang, Director of the Student Work Office of the School of Government and Management of Beijing Normal University.

Deputy Secretary Wang Dan pointed out that under the background of the construction of "double first-class", in order to promote the development of public management disciplines and explore a new model of university-level interactive exchanges, the Youth League Committee of the School of Public Administration of Chinese University, the Youth League Committee of the School of Government and Management of Peking University, and the Youth League Committee of the School of Government and Management of Beijing Normal University jointly initiated the establishment of the National Graduate Student Alliance of Schools of Public Administration. Secretary Li Jiafu pointed out that the School of Public Administration is one of the youngest, most distinctive, and most representative colleges serving the country's economic construction and social development in Chinese University, with strong comprehensive strength, and the first-level discipline of public administration of Renmin University has entered the first batch of "double-first-class" construction disciplines in the country. Li Jiafu, secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Public Administration of Chinese University, Li Haiyan, secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Government and Management of Peking University, and Guo Jia, deputy dean of the School of Government and Management of Beijing Normal University, respectively issued letters of appointment to the above-mentioned units and individuals. Subsequently, Jia Rundong, chairman of the Graduate Student Association of the School of Government and Management of Peking University, thanked the teachers and students who supported the establishment of the alliance. Lang Yu, chairman of the Graduate Student Association of the School of Public Administration of Chinese University, said that he had been looking forward to signing the contract for a long time and thanked the teachers for their support. Chairman Lang Yu reviewed the development process of the alliance, pointed out that the graduate student association of our college will continue to learn from the graduate students of the two sister universities with an open mind, and proposed that the development of the alliance should be normalized and academic in the future, attracting more universities to participate.

Xu Pei, chairman of the Graduate Student Association of the School of Government and Management of Beijing Normal University, believes that the alliance is conducive to interaction and exchange between different institutions, information sharing, and requires the joint efforts of the three institutions to make the alliance bigger and stronger, and thanked the teachers who received the strong support in the process of the establishment of the alliance, and said that they will not forget the original intention, keep in mind the mission, and forge ahead.

Subsequently, Chen Xia, secretary of the Youth League Committee of Chinese University, pointed out that the establishment of the alliance should first thank the leaders of various colleges for their support, and in the process of communication and coordination, our institute has received strong cooperation from teachers from other two colleges, taking this opportunity to thank the two "comrades-in-arms" for their efforts; Professor Chen Xia once again expressed his gratitude to the chairmen of the graduate student associations of the three colleges.

Chen Haoqiang, director of the Student Work Office of the School of Government and Management of Beijing Normal University, pointed out that the leaders of the college believe that the alliance is conducive to the collaborative development and innovation of the postgraduate students between different institutions, and thank the leaders, teachers and graduate students of the three units for their efforts in the process of creating the alliance, and hope that the alliance will share and innovate together to push the alliance to a better future.
