During the war years, Lin Biao could be called a general who had experienced hundreds of battles, and he participated in the Nanchang Uprising, the Long March of the Red Army, the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation, and was born and died for the revolutionary cause for decades, with great merit. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Lin Biao was awarded the rank of founding marshal, ranking second only to Zhu Laozong and Peng Laozong, which was admirable. But in fact, in addition to Lin Biao, his two brothers have also achieved great achievements, and we can review it.

Lin Biao, also known as Lin Yurong, was born in 1907 in Dawan, Linjia, Huanggang, Hubei Province. He is a cousin of Lin Yuying and Lin Yunan, and these three were once high-powered big people, known as the "Three Brothers of the Lin Family".

Lin Yuying: He was the political commissar of the 129th Division of the Eighth Route Army, and after his death, the chairman personally carried the coffin

Lin Yuying is the eldest of the "Three Forests", born in 1897, one of the early leaders of our party. When he was young, he was influenced by Marxist-Leninist ideas and actively carried out patriotic movements in his hometown. In February 1922, Lin Yuying joined the Party under the introduction of Yun Daiying and Lin Yunan, thus beginning a revolutionary career. At that time, the Communist Party of China was committed to the workers' movement, and Lin Yuying came to Shanghai and the northeast to actively lead the workers' movement and became a backbone figure of our party.
In January 1933, Lin Yuying went to Moscow, and after the Seventh Congress of the Communist International was convened, he was ordered to return to China to convey the spirit of the Seventh Congress of the Communist International to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the way to the Long March. Lin Yuying, alias Zhang Hao, entered from Outer Mongolia and, after many hardships, finally came to Yan'an and was warmly welcomed by the chairman and others. The Central Committee thus restored contact with the Comintern, and Lin Yuying was also reused, and later served as the political commissar of the Aid To the West Army and the 129th Division of the Eighth Route Army.
If there is no accident, Lin Yuying's later achievements will be great. But unfortunately, because of long-term fatigue, his physical health problems. In the spring of 1938, Lin Yuying resigned as political commissar of the 129th Division of the Eighth Route Army, and he was replaced by Deng Gong. After that, Lin Yuying was in charge of the workers' movement while recuperating from his illness, but his condition did not improve, and he eventually died on March 6, 1942. After Lin Yuying's death, Yan'an carried out a solemn public sacrifice ceremony, fully affirming his revolutionary merits, and the chairman and Zhu Laozong and others personally carried a coffin for him.

Lin Yunan: Famous pioneer of the workers' movement and revolutionary martyr

Lin Yunan was the second oldest of the "Three Forests" and the earliest revolutionary, who joined the Communist Party of China in early 1922. Lin Yunan was ideologically progressive in his early years, participated in and led the "February Seventh" strike in Hubei and the "May Thirtieth" movement in Shanghai, and was one of the leaders of the early workers' movement of our party.
In 1927, Lin Yunan came to Shanghai to work, and later Wang Ming gradually grasped real power, and upgraded the "Lisan Line" to the "Wang Ming Line", Lin Yunan and Wang Ming's left adventurism launched a tit-for-tat struggle. But unfortunately, Lin Yunan was later betrayed by traitors and eventually bravely became righteous.
