Some articles are rich in meaning, but the tonal syllables appear to be poor; some articles are poorly reasoned, but the sentences are very moist. Just like music, it is not easy to ring the bell and play the piano. A musician must play harmoniously, not have to master both large and small instruments; to be able to use instruments and play a role, why should he be able to master all the tunes? Cao Pi's comparison of writing to music is well-founded, because they all require mastery of the law.
