The idea of Tai Chi Tu Guan is the Neidan cultivation method created by the Taoist Heshang Gong according to the principle of "Zhou Yi Zhi Zhi Shang": "Yi has Tai Chi, is to give birth to two instruments, two yi to give birth to four images, and four images to give birth to Bagua", which was later transmitted by Wei Boyang on the river, Wei chuan in Zhong Liquan, Zhong chuan in Lü Dongbin, and Lü Chuan in Chen Chuan. The Taiji diagram is composed of four circles and a five-element diagram, "the circle is four, the five elements are in place, from the bottom up: the first one is 'The Gate of Xuanbei', the second is 'refining and refining qi, refining the gasification god', the second three is 'five qi chaoyuan', the second four is 'yin and yang cooperation, take the obstacle and fill in the gaps', and the uppermost is 'refining the god is still sudden, returning to Wuji', so it is called 'Wuji Diagram'".
The Wuji Diagram is a schematic diagram used by Chen Chuan to illustrate alchemy. Chen carved the Taiji diagram into the stone wall of Mount Hua and passed the bell on, which was passed on to Zhou Dunyi. Zhou reversed the order of the Tai Chi Diagram and renamed it Tai Chi Tu. The explanation is that "people are born along with the flow", "there is no purpose of infinity", which gives rise to the origin of the universe, for the infinite birth of tai chi, tai chi gives birth to two instruments (yin and yang), one movement and one static to give birth to the "five elements", "the essence of the two five (that is, the five elements of yin and yang)" and "the wonderful combination and condensation". It more vividly expounds the concept of "Tao" of "Tao sheng one, one life two, two birth three, three births all things", thus becoming an important totem of Taoism and an important illustration of its theory.
Taijitu is also called yin and yang fish, the white part is called yang fish (yang yi), of which the eyes belong to yin, and the black part is called yin fish (yin yi), of which the eyes belong to yang.
The method of Tai Chi Pictorial View is mainly to turn the Tai Chi Ball, practitioners can see the lower abdomen as a Tai Chi Ball, forward and backward, all directions can be rotated.
(l) Internal practice style: On the basis of fetal breath, use the mind to use the true qi along the chong pulse, ren pulse, and the intersection point of the supervisor pulse: shen que, qi sea, perineum, long strength, life gate circle, even if the tai chi ball is formed, after thinking clearly, the forward rotation and reversal can be.
(2) Internal and external combined training style: After the formation of the internal tai chi ball, it can be taken to stand on the pile, the palms of the two hands are relative to the kneading ball, the inner ball and the outer ball are required to be movable accordingly, and the inner ball movement can be driven by the two-handed Labor Palace kneading ball, and the inner ball can also be driven by the internal ball operation when doing the tai chi exercise, so that the tai chi power grows faster.
(3) Five-color tai chi ball practice: each of the five internal organs in the body has a specific color, such as liver blue, lung white, heart red, spleen yellow, kidney black. While practicing and kneading tai chi balls, visualize the five viscera at the same time in a considerable order. For example, when guarding the liver, it is assumed that the ball in the hand is cyan; when guarding the heart, it is assumed that the ball in the hand is red; when the spleen is guarded, it is assumed that the ball in the hand is yellow; when guarding the lungs, it is intended that the ball in the hand is white; when guarding the kidney, it is intended that the ball in the hand is black.
