In order to further standardize and improve the operation mechanism of scavenger recycling, and comprehensively improve the work skills and comprehensive literacy of station managers, Pop Scavenger held the 2021 second half training and commendation conference on the afternoon of October 22. Jiang Huaping, chairman of the company, and Qin Qi, director of the renewable resources project, attended the meeting, and the webmasters of various outlets and all the staff of the department attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, Qin Qi, director of the Renewable Resources Project, started from the development process of Pop Scavenger, combined with the actual recycling work of the outlets, and put forward clear requirements for the webmasters from the future work development direction. She said that all staff need to adhere to the service concept of "service-oriented, practice with heart", do a good job in outlets and household recycling, and improve the quality of scavenger services.

Intermediate webmaster
Honorary certificates and prizes were awarded to intermediate station managers represented by Tian Wenyuan (the semi-annual personal recycling volume exceeded 100 tons).
The success of the project is inseparable from a good team. The improvement of recycling volume is inseparable from the efforts and efforts behind each webmaster. In order to standardize the recycling work and promote the internal institutionalized management of the enterprise, the meeting conducted professional skills training for the "old masters" and "new masters" from all aspects such as the use of the system platform, garbage classification knowledge, and personnel management systems, and formed an effective management system by establishing a perfect reward and punishment system, strengthening classification publicity and other measures, continuously improving the enthusiasm of employees, so as to scientifically promote front-end garbage classification.
