Looking at the long lines of trucks on the G337 national highway, the two members of the working group felt that they were overwhelmed and could not find a breakthrough in their work for a while.

After some efforts, the basic situation of the road transport industry in Yulin City has been clearly understood: the city's road freight volume is 269 million tons, mainly raw coal and coal chemical products transportation, accounting for 23.2% of the province's freight volume; 65,000 trucks with more than 4.5 tons; and 55,000 road freight transport employees.
What made the working group even happier was that during their investigation in Mizhi County, they learned that Shaanxi Weihua Group Co., Ltd. is the largest local automobile trading company, with more than 3,000 truck drivers attached to it; and the automobile trading company provides truck drivers with "one-stop" services such as car purchase, loan, freight, and maintenance.

After returning from the investigation in Mizhi County, the working group reported to Ma Zhidong, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Yulin Municipal People's Congress and chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the idea of establishing the association and joining the association. Ma Zhidong was also very happy after listening: "This breakthrough is well chosen, our truck drivers in Yulin City are mainly engaged in energy transportation, whether it is coal or coal chemical products, they are all around the energy industry, we will establish a federation of energy transportation trade unions, which has the characteristics of the Yulin region, but also can maximize the absorption of relevant practitioners in the energy industry, and cover the network of trade union organizations more largely." ”
Subsequently, the working group entered the Yulin Automobile Industrial Park, relying on the Yulin Automobile Industry Association to form a trade union organization, give full play to the advantages of the association and the close connection with the enterprise, and jointly went to the local leading automobile trade enterprises such as Yulin Quancai Group Transportation Co., Ltd., Yulin Oriental Group, Yulin Jiari Group, etc. To discuss the establishment of the association one by one, and finally built a "staff home" for 55,000 truck drivers in Yulin City.
On July 30th, the collective joining ceremony of Yulin Energy Transport Industry Trade Union Federation was organized in Yulin Quancai Group. Suide County, Mizhi County, Qingjian County, Jia County, Wubao County, Zizhou County... One county (district) after another has set up a county-level federation of energy transportation trade unions, and groups of truck drivers have joined the trade union organization. A network of trade union federations covering truck drivers is being established in Yulin City.
