Wu-style Taijiquan third generation northern helmsman Wang Ziying

For tai chi, if you want to praise whose tai chi practice is good, you will definitely exaggerate how well it is! Wang Ziying is a Very Good Wu-style Taijiquan Master!

Mr. Wang Ziying (1903-1968) was the second son of Wang Maozhai, a Wu-style taijiquan master. With a height of one meter and eighty meters, he has been strong since he was a child, and originally there were three brothers in Prince Ying, and his brother and brother died early. In particular, Wang Maozhai's eldest son is supposed to be the future head of the Wangmen, but he died of a cold bath after practicing exercises, and Wang Maozhai was white-headed for this night, and the future of the Wangmen was pressed on the shoulders of Prince Ying.

Since Wu Jianquan went to Shanghai, Wang Maozhai became the leader of Wu-style Taijiquan in the north, and he held up the banner of Wu-style Taijiquan, and the "Tongshengfu" hemp knife in Qianliang Hutong, East Fourth Avenue, Beijing, became a nest for Wu-style Taijiquan to pass on, and the same door often gathered here. After the establishment of the "Beiping Taimiao Taijiquan Research Association", Bishop Wang Maozhai and his disciple Yang Yuting assisted in teaching.

Wang Ziying is also an assistant teacher at the "Beiping Taimiao Taijiquan Research Society". He first practiced other martial arts, and later learned tai chi with his father, whose pushing kung fu was superior and famous in the martial arts at that time. Although Wang Ziying is strong and powerful, he does not defeat others with strength, but wins purely by listening. Pushing hands with him, there is the power of Tarzan pressing the top, but there is no stiffness and hardness. It makes people feel uncertain, inaccurate, uncertain, and the slightest loss of concentration makes people send out.

Wang Maozhai did not teach those who were related to the Manchu Qing Emperor. A former emperor learned that Wang Maozhai loved weapons, and specially took a precious sword inlaid with jewels as a gift to the master, but Wang Maozhai refused in person. The prince turned to give the sword to Prince Ying, and he worshipped the master, and Wang Maozhai knew about it and scolded Prince Ying.

After Wang Maozhai died in 1940, Wumen helmsman was succeeded by Wang Ziying. Wang Ziying is more straightforward in temperament and never meets people. At that time, a certain leader of the state had learned boxing from Wang Ziying, and had invited Wang Ziying to teach boxing at the Beidaihe Gaogan Sanatorium, but Wang Ziying refused. He said: First, because he was born as a capitalist (it was very important to be born in that era), second, he had a bad temper and could not teach boxing to the head of the Central Committee. Later, Wang Ziying recommended his nephew Li Jingwu to go to Beidaihe.

During the Cultural Revolution, Wang Ziying was beaten from Beijing by the Red Guards and returned to his hometown of Ye County, Laizhou, where he died. The successor of the northern Wumen helmsman was Yang Yuting, who carried forward Wu-style taijiquan and cultivated a large number of Wu-style taiji masters.
