Li Bai (Chinese: 李白; pinyin: Lī Bai), courtesy name Taibai (太白), was a Chinese poet of the Tang Dynasty, known as "Shi Xian", "Shi Xia", "Wine Immortal", "Who Immortal", etc., and was active in the Sheng Tang Dynasty and was an outstanding Romantic poet.

In the twelfth year of the New Century (724), Li Bai traveled to the Three Gorges in Shu and met the Taoist priest Sima Chengzhen in Jiangling, and was praised by Sima Chengzhen. Later Emperor Xuanzong of Tang ordered Sima Chengzhen to establish a Taoist temple and inscribed a plaque. Sima Chengzhen is not only profound in Taoism, but also has extremely high attainments in poetry, books and paintings, and is good at landscape painting. In the third year of Tianbao (744), Li Bai, Du Fu and Gao Shi traveled to the Balcony View of Wangwu Mountain with him, and came here to visit Sima Chengzhen, and when they arrived at the Balcony Temple, Fang knew that Sima Chengzhen had died. I didn't see his people, but I saw his paintings, so I had the feeling of writing "On the Balcony Post".
