The same tune and lyrics are sung repeatedly until the owner or the owner comes forward to contact. The money tied to the empty wine bottle is the gift money, the owner must accept it, fill the bottle with wine, and then double the gift money according to the rules, and leave when the cold rice leftovers are full. If you meet the owner who does not understand the rules or is in a bad mood, after singing three or five times and still does not pay attention, he will step into the courtyard door, stand in the middle of the courtyard, and sing the happy event with the word of funeral and the word of joy from the funeral. But in that era, no one dared to give the "big red rooster" bottle with cold water.
Because his lyrics always began with "Big Red Rooster", he got the nickname of "Big Red Rooster", and gradually this beggar became quite famous on Dafa Street. In the red and white undertakings of Dafa Street, there are occasional wild people from other places who want to eat, and empty wine bottles are hung with two or five yuan bills, and the lion's mouth is wide open, and it is not easy to deal with. At this time, the experienced Dai dong people will send someone to invite the "big red rooster". As soon as he arrived, he took the beggar to a corner of the place to hide from people, and did not move, just whispered, outsiders did not know what to do, but three words and two words can put things to rest. In Chinese history, the ancestor of beggars should be Wu Zixu in the Spring and Autumn Period. After Chu Guo killed his entire family, he fled to Suzhou in the State of Wu. Penniless and carrying only a handful of pipes with him, he sat on the floor and blew them to beg for food. Later, he met his son Ji Guang, was appreciated, and was entrusted with a heavy responsibility. With the support of Wu Zixu, Ji Guang succeeded to the throne as the King of Wu. After Wu Zixu led Wu Bing to defeat the Chu state, he whipped the king of Chu Ping and took revenge. Later, it spread to the whole country, and all the beggars knew this legendary story, so all the beggars worshipped Wu Zixu.
The most accomplished beggar was Ming Taizu Zhu Yuanzhang. Zhu Yuanzhang was poor when he was young and used to herd cattle for landlords. Later, he became a monk, traveled all over the world, and made a living begging in times of difficulty. At the age of twenty-five, he joined the Red Turban Army led by Guo Zixing and rebelled against the Yuan Dynasty. After his power grew, he called himself King Wu, and with the call of "expelling Hu Yu and restoring China", he raised an army to the Northern Expedition, ending the Yuan Dynasty's rule in the whole country. Later, it pacified the southwest, northwest, eastern Liaoning and other places, and eventually unified the whole country.
